Jiangping town
Jiangping Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Dongxing City, Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the east of Dongxing City, bordering Jiangshan Township, Fangcheng District in the East, Beibu Gulf in the south, Dongxing town in the west, and Nasuo Town, Fangcheng District in the north. The total area of the town is 205.45 square kilometers.
Before 1949, it belonged to Jiangping Town, Fangcheng county. In 1984, Jiangping commune was changed into Jiangping town. In 1996, it was transferred to Dongxing City. In late 2018, the population of Jiangping town registered residence was 52969. As of June 2020, Jiangping town has jurisdiction over 2 communities and 15 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Chengnan community of Jiangping town.
In 2011, the fiscal and tax revenue of Jiangping town was 30.1945 million yuan, an increase of 3339% over the previous year. Among them, the national tax revenue is 2.046 million yuan and the local tax revenue is 28.19 million yuan. In 2018, there were 59 industrial enterprises in Malu Town, including 12 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size and 4 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

In 1984, Jiangping commune was changed into Jiangping town.

By June 2020, Jiangping town has two communities: Chengnan community and Chengbei community; 15 administrative villages: wanwei village, Jianglong village, zhazu village, Changshan village, Tanji village, hengai village, bane village, Jiaodong village, Shanxin village, Huangzhu village, rongshutou village, sile village, naliu village, Guiming village and Wutou Village. The town people's government is located in Chengnan community of Jiangping town.

Jiangping town is high in the northwest and low in the southeast. It is a semi mountainous and semi hilly area with many beaches and harbors.

Jiangping town has a subtropical monsoon climate. The sunshine is sufficient, there is no frost in the whole year, the dry and wet seasons are obvious, and the average annual rainfall is 2800 mm. The average annual temperature is 22 ℃. The extreme maximum temperature is 39.4 ℃ and the extreme minimum temperature is 0.8 ℃.

There are two rivers in Jiangping Town, Jiangping River and Huangzhu river. The total length of Jiangping River is 58 km, and that of Huangzhu river is 16 km.
