Dazhangzi town

Da Zhang Zi Town, belonging to Xing Long County, Chengde City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Xing Long county. It is adjacent to the eight Luanhe River and Chengde County, and is adjacent to the mushroom Valley Township in the south of the county. It is linked to the longevity Wang tomb town in yingshou yingzi District, and the north is bordered by the Chengde town's lower plate Town and the big yingzi township. The area is 217.77 square kilometers. Up to 2018, the registered residence population is 17932.

In August 1945, it belonged to Chengde County. In March 1949, it belonged to Chengde County. In March 1984, Dazhangzi township was established. In December 1988, chehebao township was incorporated into the city. In April 2017, the township was set up. As of June 2020, Dazhangzi town has 20 administrative villages.

In 2018, Dazhangzi town had 17 industrial enterprises and 44 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

In August 1945, it belonged to Chengde County.

In December 1948, it was transferred to Xinglong County.

In March 1949, it belonged to Chengde County.

In May 1956, Dazhangzi township was established.

In August 1958, it was assigned to Kuancheng County, belonging to rocket commune; in December of the same year, rocket commune was assigned to Xinglong County.

In July 1961, the rocket commune established Dazhangzi commune.

In March 1984, Dazhangzi township was established.

In December 1988, chehebao township was incorporated into the city.

In April 2017, the township was set up.

Dazhangzi town is located in the northeast of Xinglong County, adjacent to eight hometown of Chengde County across Luanhe River in the East, mushroom Valley Township of Xinglong County in the south, Shouwangfen town of yingshouyingzi District in the west, Xiaban town and dayingzi township of Chengde County in the north, covering an area of 217.77 square kilometers.

Dazhangzi town is high in the West and low in the East. Wufenglou mountain, the highest peak in the territory, is 1475.5 meters above sea level; Liuhe river bed, the lowest point, is located in Liuhekou village, 231 meters above sea level.
