Huaian town
Huaian Town, belonging to Huaian County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Huaian County, adjacent to Sanbao Township in the East, Fenghuang Mountain in the south, Tianzhen County in Shanxi Province and Yangyuan County in Hebei Province, Wanghutun Township and Xiwanbao Township in the west, Toubaihu town and Xisha town in the north, with a total area of 204.87 square kilometers.
In 1393, Huai'an Wei was set up; in 1984, it was changed from Guangming commune to Huaian town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Huai'an town was 28766. As of June 2020, Huaian town has 41 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the people's Government of Huaian town is located in the West Street of Huaian city.
In 2018, there were 16 industrial enterprises in Huaian Town, including 2 above scale and 8 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the 26th year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1393), huaianwei was set up.
Qing Kangxi 32 years (1693), for Huaian County resident.
In 1949, it belonged to Huaian County.
In 1956, Huaian township was established.
In 1958, Huaian township was changed into Guangming commune.
In 1984, it was changed from Guangming commune to Huaian town.
