Futu village was named after monks who once preached Buddhist scriptures in the territory. There is kaiyangbao, an ancient town in northern China during the Warring States period in futuzhuoxiang, which was listed as a famous historical and cultural village in Hebei Province in April 2007. During the Warring States period, Kaiyang fort was the Anyang City of the Dai County of Zhao state, and it was called donganyang County in the western and Eastern Han Dynasties. Today's Kaiyang fort is built in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Its walls are 350 meters long from east to west and 216 meters long from north to south. Its base is 5-8 meters wide and its height is 8-10 meters. There are 16 horse faces around it. When the site of the castle is selected, it is planned to be on a turtle's back in the shape of "spirit turtle exploring water".
