Jingergou Township, belonging to Yangyuan County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Yangyuan County, bordering Dongcheng Town in the East, Sanggan River in the south, Dongbao Township in the West and Tianzhen County in Shanxi Province in the north. It is 15 kilometers away from the people's Government of Yangyuan County, with a total area of 126.2 square kilometers.
In September 1958, the eastern part of jingergou township was under Dongcheng commune, and the western part was under Xicheng commune; in March 1984, jingergou commune was changed into jingergou township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in well Er Gou township was 11610. As of June 2020, jingergou township has 15 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in jingergou village.
In 2018, there were three industrial enterprises in jingergou Township, including one above scale and 12 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In September 1958, the eastern part of jingergou township was under Dongcheng commune, and the western part was under Xicheng commune.
In May 1961, jingergou commune was established by separating from Dongcheng commune and Xicheng commune.
In March 1984, jingergou commune was changed into jingergou township.
