Jingui town is subordinate to Yongxing County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. Old golden turtle town
it is named after a mountain peak in front of the town, which looks like a turtle. in the Qing Dynasty, it mainly belonged to the eighth and tenth capitals of Changqing Township, and the ninth, eleventh, thirteenth and fourteenth capitals of Yongxing Township lived in the north. the Republic of China belongs to the east of Jin'an township.
