Lujiaying Township, belonging to Kangbao County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Kangbao County, bordering Kangbao town in the East, Zhangji town in the southeast, lijiadi town in the south, Huade County in the West and manjiatang Township in the north. It is 22.6km away from the people's Government of Kangbao County, with a total area of 159.49km2.
In 1958, lujiaying Township belonged to dengyoufang commune; in 1984, lujiaying commune was changed into Luying township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Lu Jia Ying township was 11521. As of June 2020, lujiaying township has 15 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the Township People's government is stationed in lujiaying village.

History of construction
In 1958, it belonged to Deng Youfang commune.
In 1961, xiaoyingtu commune was established from dengyoufang commune.
In 1970, xiaoyingtu commune was renamed lujiaying commune.
In 1984, lujiaying commune was changed into Luying township.
