Yanyoufang Township, belonging to Kangbao County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Kangbao County, adjacent to Taipusi Banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the East, Guyuan County and habiga Township in the south, DANQINGHE Township and Kangbao town in the West and Tunken town in the north, with a total area of 233 square kilometers.
In 1961, yanyoufang commune was established; in 1983, yanyoufang commune was changed into yanyoufang township. As of June 2020, yanyoufang village has 21 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in yanyoufang village.
The agriculture of yanyoufang township is dominated by potato planting, vegetable planting and animal husbandry. In 2011, the total financial revenue of yanyoufang township was 2.59 million yuan, an increase of 18.2% over 2010.
History of construction
In 1961, yanyoufang commune was established.
In 1983, yanyoufang commune was changed into yanyoufang township.
In 1995, wanlongdian township was merged into yanyoufang township.
