Sitaizui Township
Sitaizui Township, belonging to Chongli District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Chongli district. It faces Chicheng County and Xuanhua district across the Great Wall in the East and south, adjacent to Gaojiaying town in the West and Xiwanzi town in the north. It is 19.5km away from Chongli District People's Government, with a total area of 372.52km2.
During the period of the Republic of China, sitaizui Township belonged to the Second District of Zhangbei County; in 1984, it was changed from sitaizui commune to sitaizui township. By the end of 2018, the population of four Zui Township registered residence was 13605. As of June 2020, sitaizui township has jurisdiction over one community and 31 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in sitaizui village.
In 2018, there were 24 industrial enterprises in sitaizui Township, including 4 Enterprises above Designated Size and 1 comprehensive store or supermarket with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
During the period of the Republic of China, sitaizui Township belonged to the Second District of Zhangbei County.
In 1949, it belonged to five districts of Chongli county.
In August 1958, it belonged to Xiwanzi commune.
In June 1961, it separated from Xiwanzi commune and established Qiangou commune.
In May 1982, Qiangou commune was changed into sitaizui commune.
In 1984, sitaizui commune was changed into sitaizui township.
In 1996, mazhangzi township was merged into sitaizui township.

As of the end of 2011, sitaizui Township had jurisdiction over erdaoying, sandaoying, zhuanwagou, mazhangzi, Xiping, Dongping, yaoziwan, Shuiquanzi, zhuanzhilian, taizicheng, yingcha, Kuiyang, qipanliang, Laohugou, majugou, changgouzi, Jiucaiping, hualinzi, sitaizui, xingmagou, heyanggou, Xinzhangzi, gouzhang, goumen, Huangtuyao, fujiawan, wangzigou There are 31 administrative villages in guzuizi, Erdaogou, heitugou and dasonggoumen.

topographic features
Most of the terrain in sitaizui township is mountainous, high in Northeast and low in southwest; yushiliang, the highest peak in the territory, is 2174 meters above sea level. Sitaizui township is located in the connection zone of Bashang and Bashia areas, and the whole terrain is in a regular triangle; the mountains are rolling and the gullies are crisscross in the territory, with the altitude of 1090-2110 meters, the maximum altitude difference of 1020 meters, and the average altitude of 1569 meters.

Sitaizui township is a cold and warm area with continental monsoon climate. The precipitation is seriously insufficient. The average annual precipitation is 350-400 mm, and the precipitation is uneven. 80% of the precipitation is concentrated in June to September, and the annual average temperature is about 8 ℃. There are two main rivers in sitaizui Township, taizicheng River and Panchang river. Taizicheng river originates from the north of qipanliang village and flows westward into Qingshui River through mazhangzi village, with a length of 27 km. Panchang river originates in the east of hualinzi village, flows through sitaizui village, enters Xuanhua District, and then flows into Yanghe River, with a length of 24 km.
