Hekou Miao township is located in the western edge of Suining, with rich tourism resources. The main food crops are rice, sweet potato, corn and so on. The main economic crops are ginger, pepper, soybean, rape, vegetables and so on. Citrus, peach, grapefruit, grape, watermelon, lily, edible fungus and poria cocos are mainly planted in the garden. Breeding industry to cattle, pigs, chickens, ducks, geese, sheep, fish based. Historical evolution
Before the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to qingpo township. After liberation, it belonged to six administrative districts. In 1951, it was changed into eight districts. It was called estuary area in 1955. In 1956, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged into zhuzhoujiang township. In 1958, it belonged to zhuzhoujiang people's commune. In 1961, it was set up from zhuzhoujiang people's commune. In 1984, the commune was abolished and Hekou township was built. Hekou Miao township was established in March 1990 with the approval of the provincial government. The rose and honeysuckle planting area reached 900 mu, covering all villages in Miao township.
