Qingzhuhu Street

Qingzhuhu street belongs to Kaifu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, with a total area of 41 square kilometers, 11 communities and a permanent population of 42000.

Qingzhuhu street and Qingzhuhu Park Management Committee (deputy county level) work together and operate in the way of "two brands, one team". The street is located in the core area of Jinxia Economic Development Zone, accounting for two groups of Jinxia and Qingzhuhu in the five groups of Jinxia economic development zone. It is adjacent to Gaoling business group in the south, shaping industrial group in the East and Kaifu district boundary in the north. There are Changsha North Railway Freight Station, Changsha new port, "Hunan Europe Express" and ChuanHua logistics highway port in the area.

Historical evolution

Qingzhuhu street, founded in 2015, is a combination of the former Qingzhuhu town and Xingang street. The former Qingzhuhu town was established by the former Xianing town in 2000. In 2013, the district's zoning was adjusted, with Daan village, Guangsheng village and Jinxia village in Laodaohe town included in Qingzhuhu town; jinpenqiu community and Zhiji community in Qingzhuhu town were adjusted to Xingang street. 2015 merged into Qingzhuhu street. the original name of Xingang street was "Xianing township", which was under the jurisdiction of Xianing District of Wangcheng County before 1995. In 1995, after the district was withdrawn and the township was merged, Changsha became Wangcheng County (now Wangcheng District) directly under the central government. In 1996, the urban division of Changsha was adjusted from Wangcheng County to Kaifu District. As the site of Changsha Xingang is located in this area, it was officially renamed as "Xingang town" on September 12, 2000. In 2013, the division of Kaifu District was adjusted, and Xingang town was abolished, and two streets, Xingang and Xiufeng, were set up in its administrative region. It was incorporated into Qingzhuhu street in 2015. In 2015, Qingzhuhu street has jurisdiction over three villages, namely Da'an, Guangsheng and Jinxia, and 12 communities, including Qunli, Tianjing, Xinyuan, Taiyangshan, Xianing, Qingzhuhu lakeside, Zhiji, jinpenqiu, Xin'an temple, comprehensive farm, xianinggang and Jinxia. in April 2016, the administrative division of Qingzhuhu street was adjusted, and Caixia community was established by merging Jinxia Village (belonging to the original Xingang Street) and comprehensive community; xintai'an community was established by merging Taiyangshan community and Daan village; Tiansheng community was established by merging Guangsheng village and Tianjing community; Jinxia Village (belonging to the original Qingzhuhu town) and Qunli community were established by merging Jinxia new village community. After the zoning adjustment and reform, the number of communities (villages) under the jurisdiction of Qingzhuhu street has been reduced from 15 to 11.

Qingzhu lakeside community

Founded in August 2006, it is located beside Qingzhuhu Avenue in Kaifu District, with beautiful environment and beautiful scenery. It covers an area of about 2 square kilometers, including exhibition center, Xiangyi foreign language school, town hospital, Sun Business City, Provincial Academy of science and education project and lakeside community.

Xintai'an community

Founded in 2016, it covers an area of 4 square kilometers. There are 25 resident groups, 72 residential buildings, 595 households, about 4000 permanent residents and more than 2000 floating population. There are 12 units under its jurisdiction, including 1 organ unit, 2 schools, 1 hospital, 6 non-public economic organizations and new social organizations, 2 individual business outlets, 3 development and construction projects under construction, with volunteers The team consists of 184 people.

Xianing community

Located in the north of Kaifu District and at the junction of Wangcheng District, the district covers an area of about 4.5 square kilometers. There are 16 resident groups, 2252 people, 76 party members and 7 community workers. The community office building is located in the community, covering an area of 400 square meters. All kinds of office software and hardware are complete, which is convenient for serving residents. The roads in the district are vertical and horizontal. The police station is located in the south of the community, with stable community security and living environment People live and work happily.

Zhiji community

It is subordinate to Qingzhuhu sub district office of Kaifu District. It is located at the south end of the street, adjacent to Beijing Guangzhou railway line in the East, Furong North Road (Changxiang Road) in the west, Shichang Railway Line in the south, Xiangyue village in Xiufeng street, and jinpenqiu community in the north. Qingzhuhu Avenue runs through the community from east to west, with a total area of more than 3880 mu (including 690 mu of cultivated land, 2100 mu of mountain forest, 610 mu of dry soil and 48 mu of other land) There are 12 resident groups with a total population of 1387.

Jinpenqiu community

It is located in the northernmost part of Kaifu District, Changsha City, with an administrative area of 243 hectares. The community has a total population of 1300 people, including 67 party members and 10 resident groups. The community office is located in building 7 of jinpenqiu resettlement community, with an office area of 196 square meters. There are 8 staff members in the community, including 1 secretary, 1 Director and 1 deputy director; the average age of the staff is 35 years old, and all of them have college degree or above. There are 67 party members in the community branch. In addition, the community has 7 low-income households, a total of 11 people.

Xin'an Temple community

Located at the junction of Qingzhuhu road and Furong North Road, it is subordinate to Xingang street, Kaifu District. Its geographical location is: Bonded Logistics Center in the north, Third Ring Road in the south, Jinpen road in the East and Xiangjiang River in the West. The total area under the jurisdiction of the community is 2.2 square kilometers. The community residential area is mainly composed of Xin'an Temple community, nanchengpo group, maojialong group, huangtang group and gaochong group, all managed by Xin'an Temple community. There are 676 households with a total population of 2770, including 853 floating population. There are 36 buildings and 9 grids in the community. There are 26 stores managed by the community.

Caixia community

It is located at the northernmost end of Qingzhuhu street in Kaifu District, adjacent to Xiangjiang River in the West and Furong North Road in the East. There are stations and other units in the area. There are more than 3200 people in the community, including 13 villager groups. Community units: provincial navigation company, provincial waterway management station, National Grain Reserve, Wangcheng County telecommunication bureau, Wangcheng County post office, bonded logistics center, Jiangan oil depot, provincial grain batch center, special fire control, etc. There is also a community collective enterprise with an area of more than 1400 square meters (Anchuan Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.), with more than 70 mu of fish ponds, more than 10 mu of flowers and seedlings, beautiful water and beautiful scenery.

Xianinggang community

Located in the northwest of Xingang sub district office of Kaifu District, the community was built in 1969, covering an area of 0.45 square kilometers, close to the Xiangjiang River, within the tangjiahu embankment, with densely populated houses. It is an old town style community. There are 1642 residents and 725 households in the community, which are divided into 10 resident groups.

Tiansheng community

It is located beside Qingzhuhu Avenue with beautiful environment and pleasant scenery. The community has 19 resident groups with a population of 2802. The total area is nearly 8090 mu, and 1585.93 Mu has been acquired. The courtyard resettlement community with an investment of more than 70 million yuan covers an area of 82.45 mu, with a building area of 54667 m2 and a greening rate of 40.15%. A total of 707 people are resettled in 17 resettlement houses. There are complete commercial and medical facilities, telephone, cable TV, network, tap water, natural gas and other infrastructure facilities in the community. The community service center is located in building 17 of the resettlement community.

Jinxia new village community

It is located in the north of Qingzhuhu street in Kaifu District, reaching Jinxing village, Beishan Town, Changsha County in the north, East extension of Qingzhuhu Avenue in the south, Tiansheng community and Zhongshan village, shaping street in the East, and Xinyuan community in the West. The village covers an area of 8430 mu. There are 768 households and 2596 people in the village. There are strange mountains and beautiful scenery. There are the highest peak in the city, ai'e-tuo peak, the ruins of the Millennium Temple in Daolong mountain, Lixin reservoir with bright waves and green water, and more than 700 mu of fertile rice fields still under cultivation. It is located in the north of Qingzhuhu science and Technology Industrial Park in Kaifu District of Changsha City, adjacent to Beishan Township and Wangcheng District of Changsha County in the north, Jinxia new village community in the East, Tiansheng community in the south, Qingzhuhu golf course and green city Qingzhu Park in the West. Covering an area of 6050 mu (4.5 square kilometers), it is a new rural community under development and construction. The community neighborhood committee was established in 2005 with working committees on Party building services, social security, family planning services, comprehensive management services, agriculture, forestry and water, and "Three Prevention" services.
