Hewu Township
Hewu township is located in the southwest of Xincai County, 10 kilometers away from the county. It governs 13 administrative villages, with 45000 mu of arable land and a total population of 30532 people (in 2017). The township covers a total area of 55.8 square kilometers (in 2017). Daguang Expressway and shengdaotang West Road pass through the territory, with convenient transportation. There are Ruhe River and Xiaoqing River in the territory.
