QianDian town

QianDian is located 10 kilometers south of Dancheng county. The provincial road, Shanglin Road, runs through the whole area from north to south, and Caihe river flows through the whole town from west to East. In the south, it is 9 kilometers away from the entrance and exit of Luofu expressway. The town governs 27 administrative villages, 430 villager groups, 18000 farmers, 53231 people (in 2017), and 87000 mu of arable land. QianDian town is a famous historical town with fertile land and rich products. The infrastructure is complete. Historical evolution

Xianfeng commune was established in 1958, changed its name to QianDian commune in 1965, changed to township in 1983, and established a town in 1987. In 1997, it covered an area of 85.9 square kilometers and had a population of 79000.
