Tiaohe town

Tiaohe town is located at the northernmost end of Yongcheng City, Henan Province, at the junction of Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu and Shandong provinces. It is adjacent to Xiaoxian County in Anhui Province in the East, Lidu Dangshan mountain in the north, Xiayi County across Wangyin River in the West and Mangdangshan mountain in the south, so it is known as the "North Gate" of Yongcheng city. It has jurisdiction over 26 administrative villages, 87 natural villages and 227 villager groups. It has a total area of 70 square kilometers, a population of 59100 and a cultivated area of 68900 mu.

Tiaohe town has Yushan, Shaoshan, Wangshan, Zhoushan, Xushan, etc. Yushan, also known as Yushan and sleeping beauty, belongs to Mangdang Mountain Group. Evolution of organizational system

The original name of the river is a ridge. During the Hongwu Period of Ming Dynasty, Shanxi people moved here. Several friendly families built houses next to each other, which was a ridge, so it was named. Because there was an alkali River in the west of the village, it was renamed Tiaohe at the beginning of liberation. In November 1947, it belongs to Yuting District of dangnan county. In February 1952, it was under the jurisdiction of Yongcheng County, Henan Province. Tiaohe people's commune was established in 1961. It was changed to Tiaohe Township in 1984.

On April 13, 2018, the investigation team led by Li Daguang, director of the Provincial Department of civil affairs, visited Tiaohe township of Yongcheng city to investigate the work of removing the township and building a town. On October 13, 2018, with the approval of the people's Government of Henan Province, it was agreed to abolish Tiaohe Township and establish Tiaohe town in Yongcheng City, implementing the system of town governing the village. Tiaohe town is located in the northernmost part of Yongcheng City, Henan Province, which is the junction of Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu and Shandong provinces. It is 40 km to the east of Xuzhou, a historic town, 70 km to Shangqiu, 20 km to Dangshan and 40 km to Yongcheng.

5 km south of Tiaohe town is the Yongcheng entrance and exit station of Lianhe Huojiang expressway. Jiqi expressway is introduced from the west of Tiaohe town and the east of wangyinhe River, running through the whole Tiaohe town. It connects Lianhe Huojiang Expressway in Mangshan town to the South (and Yongdeng Expressway to the South). Tiaohe Town, located in the northernmost part of Yongcheng, is a typical agricultural town with a land area of 63 square kilometers and 49000 mu of cultivated land.

Yushan

Yushan, also known as Yushan and sleeping beauty, is a peak of Mangdangshan group.
