Zhuyang town

Zhuyang town is located in the southwest of Lingbao City, Henan Province. It is a big agricultural town and a big golden town in the deep mountain area with planting industry, breeding industry, forest and fruit industry and mining industry as the main industry. It is also the largest regional central small town and trade distribution center at the junction of Henan and Shaanxi provinces and Lingbao, Lushi and Luonan counties (cities).

The town is 42 kilometers away from Lingbao City and 250 provincial roads run through the whole town. It has superior geographical location and prosperous economic, trade and cultural exchanges. The town is 42 km long from east to west and 43 km wide from north to south, with a total area of 814.82 square kilometers (2017), accounting for 25.9% of the city's total area and a total population of 45361 (2017).

In October 2019, Zhuyang town was selected as one of the "Top 1000 towns with comprehensive strength in China in 2019".

Zhuyang town is located in the southwest mountain area of Lingbao City, at the intersection of Funiu Mountain and Xiaoqinling mountain, connecting Wumu township of Lingbao City in the East; It is adjacent to Mutong Township and Panhe township of Lushi County in the south, Sier Town, Miaotai Township and shangsidian township of Luonan County in Shaanxi Province in the west, Yangping town and Guxian town of Lingbao City in the north, 33 kilometers southwest of Lingbao City, with an altitude of 660 meters and a maximum altitude of 2243 meters (located in cangzhuyunao). The town government is located in Zhuyang village, 31 kilometers away from the urban area. The total land area of the town is 814.82 square kilometers (2017), with 8327 hectares of arable land and 2751.23 hectares of orchard.

agricultural economy

In order to speed up the process of agricultural modernization, we should take the opportunity of implementing the policies of abolishing agricultural tax and direct subsidy for grain, grain subsidies and agricultural machinery subsidies, rely on the agricultural leading enterprises such as Linrui mushroom industry and Laike jujube industry, and focus on the four key points of agricultural industrialization, standardization, informatization and agricultural infrastructure construction.

(1) Tobacco production. Focus on large-scale planting, new technology promotion, balanced fertilization and standardized management level, strive to build the first tobacco production town in the province. In that year, there were 36 villages, 229 groups and 3423 farmers in the town, accounting for 87.9%, 63.4% and 28.2% of the total number of villages, groups and households, respectively; the area of tobacco field reached 1435 hectares, the total yield of tobacco was 3.235 million kg, and the total output value was 30.1849 million yuan.

(2) Fruit production. During the year, 140 hectares of trees were transformed; 111 million apples were bagged, including 51 million paper bags; the demonstration areas of Wujiayuan demonstration area and Majiahe demonstration village reached 100 hectares and 13.33 hectares respectively; 6.66 hectares of nutritious fruits and 2 hectares of craft fruits were developed; and 166.66 hectares of mixed fruits were newly developed, mainly walnut. In that year, the total output of fruits in the town was 29.11 million kg, including 21.164 million kg of apples.

(3) Animal husbandry production. In that year, there were 1 specialized animal husbandry village, 3 specialized farms and 105 specialized households, with a total of 12, 8 and 647 households respectively, and 5.33 hectares of forage grass was planted. During the year, there were 4015 livestock, 16543 pigs, 7994 sheep and 47086 poultry; at the end of the year, there were 20573 livestock, 13780 pigs, 21266 sheep and 119635 poultry. The total output of meat and eggs was 1917000 kg and 893000 kg respectively.

(4) Traditional Chinese medicine production. In that year, while consolidating 2000 hectares of wild Forsythia tending and protection base, the town's medicinal plant area reached 4512 hectares. Six production bases of Paeonia lactiflora, Dioscorea zingiberensis, Scutellaria baicalensis, wujiaguawei, bupleurum and Danshen were built, and two demonstration areas of traditional Chinese medicine resources protection were built in Gangou and Qingshuihe.

(5) Edible fungus production. In that year, there were 8 specialized villages with more than 200000 bags of Lentinus edodes, 10 specialized households with more than 5000 bags of Lentinus edodes, and 10 specialized households with more than 2000 acupoints of Gastrodia elata. A total of 4.6 million bags of edible fungi were cultivated throughout the year, including 2.13 million bags of Lentinus edodes, 2.47 million bags of Auricularia auricula, Gastrodia elata and other fungi.

(6) Forestry production. In that year, 133.33 hectares of fast-growing poplar were planted, 34 hectares of forest seedlings were raised, 90 hectares of returning farmland to forest, 200 hectares of supporting afforestation in barren mountains, and 560.66 hectares of "four wastelands" suitable for forest were auctioned, reaching a total of 6894 hectares.

(7) Vegetable production. Eight high-quality new varieties such as tomatoes and cucumbers were introduced throughout the year, with a vegetable planting area of 450 hectares and a total vegetable output of 2.962 million kg.

(8) Agricultural infrastructure and ecological construction. In the whole year, 140 hectares of effective irrigation area and 100 hectares of land for drought and flood were added, 6920 meters of buried pipelines were laid, and 100 hectares of water-saving irrigation was developed. In the aspect of agricultural ecological construction, the 2.6 square kilometer small watershed management project in Nangou of Qinchi was completed, and the 2.5 square kilometer small watershed management project in zhouguanling was started.

(9) Agricultural information construction. The Zhuyang agricultural information network was further improved. Relying on the Yellow River agricultural network, Lingbao agricultural information network and the national agricultural products information network, 110 pieces of information such as work trends and production information were released, and the production and marketing information of tobacco, fruits, edible fungi, traditional Chinese medicine and other industries was released in time. At the same time, we will improve the network of rural cooperative economic associations such as fruits, medicinal materials and edible fungi, and develop 150 rural brokers.

(10) Rural labor economy. A total of 5658 rural workers were transferred in that year, including 2729 local workers and 2929 export workers, with a labor income of 36.23 million yuan.

(1) Mineral products processing industry. First, improve the management system of gold production. A total of 19 400 tons of ore were transported in the whole year, a decrease of 25% compared with 25 836 tons in the same period of last year; the income from ore allocation was 1.25 million yuan, a decrease of 14.3% compared with 1.46 million yuan in the same period of last year. Second, accelerate the development of non gold mineral resources. In that year, four iron ore areas of Qinchi, puchengou, shipowan and Xiaoqinling extension line were identified, 16 exploration pits were arranged, and the daily mining capacity was 1000 tons. During the year, three new iron concentrators were built, namely, Linggang magnetic concentrator, with a total investment of 12 million yuan, which was completed and put into operation at the end of February, with a daily iron ore processing capacity of 1000 tons; Liangzhuang iron concentrator, with a total investment of 5.5 million yuan, with a daily iron ore processing capacity of 600 tons; the first phase of the project was started in April and completed in June, with a daily iron ore processing capacity of 200 tons; Xiwan iron concentrator, with an investment of 800000 yuan, with a daily iron ore processing capacity of 100 tons. By the end of the year, the total number of iron concentrators in the town had reached 7, handling more than 2500 tons of ore per day, increasing the annual output value by 40 million yuan and the profit by 10 million yuan. In the whole year, it handled 30000 tons of iron ore and produced 8000 tons of refined iron powder, with an output value of 4 million yuan.

(2) Agricultural products processing industry. During the year, the expansion project of 50000 tons concentrated fruit juice and pulp production line of Xinyuan Fruit Industry Co., Ltd. was completed and put into operation with a total investment of 122 million yuan. It can produce 40000 tons of concentrated fruit juice and 10000 tons of pulp annually with an output value of 180 million yuan and 180 employees. The 50000 ton jujube products project of Yuancun Natural Food Co., Ltd. has a total investment of 45 million yuan, with an annual output value of 30 million yuan, profits and taxes of 3 million yuan, and employment of 50 people. Tiandi Technology Co., Ltd. built Duzhong Xionghua tea factory in yanjiatuo Duzhong base, with a total of 1.3 tons of stir fried Xionghua tea in the whole year. The products are mainly sold to Japan and other places through Shanghai.
