Chengnanzhuang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Fuping County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the south of Fuping County, bordering Guoyuan town in the East, Xingtang County and Lingshou County in Shijiazhuang City in the south, Xiazhuang Township in the northwest, and Fuping town in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 50 kilometers, and the maximum distance from north to south is 15 kilometers, with a total area of 275.8 square kilometers. In late 2018, the total population of Chengnan town registered residence was 21829.
Fuping was established in the Jin Dynasty, and Chengnanzhuang town has been subordinate to Fuping since then. In July 1961, Nanzhuang commune was established. In February 1984, it was changed into Chengnanzhuang township. In 1994, Chengnanzhuang township was transformed into a town. As of June 2020, Chengnanzhuang town has jurisdiction over 21 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Chengnanzhuang village.
In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Chengnanzhuang town was 18.5636 million yuan, and the total industrial output value was 83.35 million yuan. The total revenue was 3.8435 million yuan.
