Qingtian street, belonging to Bincheng District of Binzhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the southwest of Bincheng District, adjacent to Xiaoying street in the East, Pangjia town of Boxing County in the southeast, Tangfang town of Gaoqing County in Zibo City in the southwest and south, Zhaodian town of Gaoqing County in Zibo City in the West and northwest, and Binzhou City across the Yellow River in the north. In December 1956, it was changed into an old town. In October 1958, the old town commune was established. In July 1984, the old town was built. In June 2010, the old town was replaced by Qingtian street. As of June 2020, Qingtian street has nine communities under its jurisdiction.
In 2011, the total revenue of Qingtian street was 84 million yuan, including 33 million yuan of local revenue.
Historical evolution
In the Western Han Dynasty, the territory belonged to Qiancheng county.
In the early Ming Dynasty, it was called anding town.
In the late Qing Dynasty, it changed its name to old town.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), the territory was subordinate to Putai County, which was the first district of Putai county.
In 1943, it was divided into three districts of Gaoyuan county.
In 1948, it was changed into three districts of Gaoqing County.
