Yuejiazhuang Township

Yuejiazhuang township is located in the southern mountainous area of Xintai, with jurisdiction over 25 villages, a total area of 68.1 square kilometers, a population of 39490 (in 2017), and cultivated land of 39000 mu. The township is adjacent to Xinwen in the north and Fangcheng and Shilai in the south, with convenient transportation and obvious location advantages. There are abundant agricultural products, abundant labor resources, and great potential for economic development.

Yuejiazhuang township is located in the southern mountainous area of Xintai, 8 kilometers south of the exit of Beijing Shanghai expressway. Xinzao road runs through the north and south, rural roads run in all directions, and branches of Guangming river run through the whole territory. It is rich in products and simple in folk customs. The township governs 25 administrative villages with a total population of 39490 (in 2017) and a total area of 68.1 square kilometers.

In 2004, it was awarded the title of "advanced township of edible fungi in the whole province" and "provincial demonstration unit" of the national plan of prospering villages through science and education by Shandong Edible Fungi Association and Shandong Agricultural Association. A total of 2610 square meters of new factory buildings will be completed, and an investment of 42 million yuan will be completed in 2006. By that time, 500 employees will be resettled, 5 million US dollars of export earnings and 4.8 million yuan of profits and taxes will be realized annually. There are also wig manufacturing and clothing processing projects under discussion. At the same time, the township also takes many measures to create a good environment for the development of private economy. The township party committee and government set up a leading group of private economy, each of which is responsible for contacting a private enterprise and formulating a series of preferential policies to encourage them to expand their scale. Our township should strive to establish Yuejiazhuang craft glass products base in two years, so as to give full play to the advantages of our township's rich human resources. With a total investment of 2.02 million yuan, the reconstruction project of sanlihuai low yield field with a development area of 148 hectares has been started, and the per capita income of the project area can be increased by 140 yuan after completion; the national Jingouling land consolidation project with a total investment of 22.01 million yuan and a development area of 906 hectares has been submitted to the Ministry of land and resources for approval, and has been submitted to the Department of Finance for approval.

In 2007, a total of 54 million yuan of domestic investment and 130 million yuan of fixed assets investment were completed, exceeding the targets of the city. Chiou, as a brand industry of our Township, has developed 1100 mu in spring this year, providing the scene for Taian and Xintai two-level spring agricultural structure adjustment meeting; 1500 mu is planned and developed in autumn, which has been basically completed, providing the scene for Taian autumn agricultural production characteristic agricultural meeting. Up to now, the township has built 8000 high standard lotus root ponds, with a total area of 10000 mu. Only this one can achieve an output value of 64 million yuan and an increase in per capita income of 500 yuan, making it a pillar industry of increasing farmers' income in our township. At the same time, we produce in accordance with the requirements of market-oriented and standardized production to create a green brand. Our township has also established the first "organic peanut experimental base" in the province in cooperation with the provincial Peanut Research Institute. The 10000 mu high-quality peanut project supported by provincial and municipal finance can achieve an annual output of 2.2 million kg of high-quality peanut and an annual total output value of 6.6 million yuan. At the same time, around the adjustment of industrial structure, the agricultural infrastructure construction has been continuously accelerated, and the rural economic development of our township has been comprehensively promoted.

According to the general idea of "basing on reality, giving full play to advantages, and paying attention to scale and efficiency", the five leading industries of lotus root, animal husbandry, forest and fruit, edible fungi, and silkworm have been strengthened. New progress has been made in the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, and the level of agricultural industrialization has been improved, which has promoted the sustained increase of farmers' income. The pond lotus industry pays attention to the management and transformation of the old pond Lotus products. At the same time, it builds a new Beiqiu pond lotus ecological park and expands 300 mu of pond lotus at the top of the mountain, which provides the scene for the city's spring agricultural industrial structure adjustment and project construction scheduling meeting. In the whole year, the newly added pond lotus area is 2000 mu, and the total area is expanded to 8000 mu. This characteristic brand industry is further bigger and stronger. Through the development of lotus industry, it not only effectively promotes the increase of farmers' income, but also brings huge social and ecological benefits. The rural environment has been greatly improved, which has become a highlight of the new rural construction in our township. In animal husbandry production, there are two new breeding communities, including Dongyu and Xiyu, with 38 large-scale farms. The annual output of livestock and poultry is 500000, and the income is more than 4 million yuan. 105 new edible fungus greenhouses were built for the production of edible fungi, and the cultivation of Coprinus comatus, Auricularia auricula and other famous, special and new strains was actively promoted, which improved the cultivation efficiency and provided a site for the city's edible fungus production site meeting. Forest fruit production has strengthened the construction of high-quality fruit base based on Beiqiu "Liangxiang" early maturing Red Fuji apple, Chahe Golden Sun Apricot and Red Globe grape, and vigorously developed high value-added fruit production. In particular, Beiqiu "Liangxiang" apple, with its pollution-free, good quality, has become a major industrial brand in our township. Last year, 2000 mu of economic forest, 800 mu of timber forest and 500 mu of barren hills were added to the forest and fruit industry. Silkworm production has focused on strengthening the technical training of silkworm farmers and seeking benefits from scientific management. The total cocoon production is 180000 kg and the total output value is more than 4 million yuan.

Focusing on the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, we vigorously strengthened the construction of agricultural infrastructure, and further improved agricultural production conditions. The national Jingouling land consolidation project with a total investment of 19.61 million yuan and an area of 906 hectares was started in September 2007. The project involves six villages, including Xiyu, Dongyu, chexiangyu, Laoxi, mengtun and Zhangcun, with 6721 people. All land consolidation projects have been completed, and 80% of water conservancy facilities have been completed. A total of 829.71 hectares of land were leveled and 114.16 hectares of cultivated land were increased. In terms of irrigation and water conservancy, 33.46 km of Dougou and 6.55 km of nonggou have been newly built; 21 pipe culverts and 7 arch bridges have been built; 17 reservoirs have been built, 9.375 km of water pipelines and 14.06 km of water distribution pipelines have been laid; 8 large wells have been drilled, 9 water lifting stations have been built; 25 dams have been built, 11 reinforcement dams have been built; 8 field roads have been built, 16.7 km in length, and 4 production roads, 6.5 km in length. Through the construction of irrigation, road, shelter forest and other projects, land leveling and soil improvement, the project has formed a good farmland ecosystem with "terrace leveling, forest network coverage, dry irrigation and waterlogging drainage", providing guarantee for agricultural efficiency and farmers' income.

Economic situation

In 2006, the total social output value of the township was 528 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 24%; the total agricultural output value was 218 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 10%; the total rural economic income was 263 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 10%; the total industrial output value was 253 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 40%; the per capita net income in rural areas reached 3914 yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 10%; the fiscal revenue was 4.9 million yuan.

For two consecutive years, it has won the first prize of advanced villages and towns in maintaining social stability in Tai'an City.
