Kanzhuang town is a town under the jurisdiction of Zoucheng City in Shandong Province, located in the southwest of Shandong Province and the south of Zoucheng City. It is the "South Gate" of Jining City and Zoucheng City, with a total area of 73.12 square kilometers, 39 administrative villages and a population of 32463 (2017).
Kanzhuang is a traditional agricultural town, mainly planting wheat, corn, potatoes and other crops. History of construction
In the Tianshun period of Ming Dynasty, Zou County was divided into five townships and thirty-nine communes. Today, Chuang county belongs to the fourth Township and thirty-three communes. In the Jiajing period, Zou County belongs to the fourth Township and thirty-three communes. In 1715, Zou County was divided into 33 communities, with 11 communities in the upper, middle and lower levels, belonging to the Xicao community among the upper 11 communities; in 1892, Zou County was divided into eight districts, with Guanzhuang belonging to Yishan district. During the period of the Republic of China, Zou County was divided into ten districts, and kanzhuang was the Sixth District (Yishan). In 1935, the rural construction experiment was carried out, and the rural school was set up. The whole county was divided into six school districts. Kanzhuang was the third school district, and the rural school was located in Xiangcheng. In September 1945, Zou County was liberated for the first time. Kanzhuang belonged to Yishan district (seven districts). In 1947, the Kuomintang Zou County government divided the county into two towns and 21 townships, and kanzhuang belonged to Jiehe township. After the second liberation of Zou County in June 1948, the democratic government of Zou County set the whole territory of Zou County as district 1-11 according to the serial number, and kanzhuang as the third district; in the autumn of that year, the serial number was changed to the place name, which was called kanzhuang district. in November 1950, the appellation of place names in all districts of the county was changed to serial number appellation, which is still the third district. In November 1955, the serial number was changed to place name, and the title was changed to kanzhuang district. In October 1956, kanzhuang district was abolished and merged into Yishan district. In March 1958, the district level organizational system was abolished, and kanzhuang Township and Wanglou Township were established in the territory; in September 1958, kanzhuang Township and Wanglou Township were abolished, and kanzhuang people's commune was established. In March 1958, the districts were withdrawn and the townships were merged. The four townships of kanzhuang, LiBai, xiakan and Wanglou were merged into two townships of kanzhuang and Wanglou. When kanzhuang people's commune was established in September 1958, six villages, Yuyuan, Houzao, Zhangzhuang, Yangzhuang, xiaowanyuan and tanglou, originally belonging to kanzhuang, were assigned to Tengxian County; five villages, Gongzhuang, Huangcun, Lvtai, caizhuang and Tangdian, were assigned to Yishan people's commune. In December 1994, the four administrative villages of Chu kanzhuang, Gao kanzhuang, Tang kanzhuang and Zhou kanzhuang were merged into kanzhuang.
