Liuhe street, a street under the jurisdiction of Hekou District, Dongying City, Shandong Province, is the residence of Hekou Economic Development Zone Management Committee. It is located in the central and southern part of Hekou District, facing Gudao town across Diaokou River (the old course of the Yellow River) in the East, tingluo town of Lijin County in the south, and Hekou street in the West and North, with a total area of 140 square kilometers
In 1952, Lijin County was established as a district under the jurisdiction of Liuhe Township; in July 1984, it was changed to Liuhe Township; in September of the same year, it was transferred to Hekou District. In May 2010, it was changed to Liuhe street. By the end of 2011, the total population of Liuhe street was 15332. As of June 2020, Liuhe street has jurisdiction over 5 communities and 28 administrative villages.

History of construction
In 1952, Lijin County was established as a district with jurisdiction over Liuhe Township.
1957, repealed.
In 1968, Liuhe commune was established under the jurisdiction of the county.
In July 1984, it was transferred to Liuhe Township, and in September of the same year, it was transferred to Hekou District.
In May 2010, it was changed to Liuhe street.

The sub district office is located in Liuhe village.
