Lishan Street

Lishan street, belonging to Yiyuan County, Zibo City, Shandong Province, is located in the center of Yiyuan County, bordering Yuezhuang town in the East, Nanma town in the South and West, and nanlushan town in the north. With a total area of 26.2 square kilometers, the area had a population of 63000 at the end of 2011.

In May 1944, Yiyuan County was established as Lishan district. In October 1955, it was renamed Nanma district. In March 1958, Nanma district was abolished and Nanma town was established; in August of the same year, Nanma town was withdrawn and Hongqi commune was established; in December of the same year, Nanma commune was renamed. In July 1982, it was changed into Nanma town. In November 2011, Lishan street was set up. In June 2020, Lishan Street governs 34 communities and 6 administrative villages.

In 2011, the total revenue of Lishan street was 160 million yuan, including 7.116 million yuan of local revenue. From the perspective of major taxes, the business tax is 13.49 million yuan, the value-added tax is 19.09 million yuan, the enterprise income tax is 8.83 million yuan, and the individual income tax is 1.667 million yuan.

Historical evolution

During the Yin and Shang Dynasties, there were villages, originally named Dongzhuang and Xizhuang Zi. Later, the Huang family settled in the south of the village and formed a village called Nanma land.

In the Qing Dynasty, it was called Nanma. Most of it was in the northwest of Yishui County, and a few in the north of Mengyin County.

After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), most of them were eight districts of Yishui County, and a few were north two districts of Mengyin County.

In May 1944, Yiyuan County was established as Lishan district.

In October 1955, it was renamed Nanma district.

In March 1958, Nanma district was abolished and Nanma town was established; in August of the same year, Nanma town was withdrawn and Hongqi commune was established; in December of the same year, Nanma commune was renamed.
