Sun Geng Street

Sungeng street, a street under the jurisdiction of Jiyang District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, is located in the southwest of Jiyang District, 22 kilometers away from the seat of Jiyang district government. Historical evolution

In the early Song Dynasty, it was once a county of Linyi, and then a town. Historically, it was an important town in the southwest of Jiyang County. In 1930, sun Geng's division was changed to the third district. In January 1944, it was transferred to Qilin county (later changed to Qihe County). In January 1946, it was renamed Sungeng district. In May 1950, it was transferred to Jiyang County. In January 1953, it was changed into the fourth district. In December 1955, it was renamed the third district.
