Dongsanzhao Township, belonging to Nanhe District, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Nanhe District, adjacent to Pingxiang County in the East, Jize County in the southeast and south, Yanli Township in the West and southwest, haoqiao town in the northwest and North, and Pingxiang County in the northeast. It is 10 kilometers away from the people's Government of Nanhe District, with a total area of 58 square kilometers.
In October 1937, dongsanzhao township was divided into three districts of Nanhe County; on May 1, 1984, dongsanzhao commune was changed into dongsanzhao township. As of June 2020, dongsanzhao township has 32 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the Township People's government is stationed in dongsanzhao village.

In 1958, dongsanzhao commune was established.
