On March 28, 2019, with the approval of Jiangxi provincial government, Fengxin Industrial Park was renamed as Jiangxi Fengxin high tech Industrial Park. Jiangxi Fengxin high tech Industrial Park is another new provincial high tech Zone in Yichun City after Fengcheng and Gao'an were approved as provincial high tech zones. So far, there are two provincial high tech parks and one national high tech Zone in Yichun City, ranking the whole province. In 2018, Fengxin Industrial Park achieved main business income of 33.409 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.44%; revenue of 958 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2%; power consumption of 925 million kwh, a year-on-year increase of 5.1%.
