Futian Town, subordinate to Jishui County, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the northwest corner of Jishui County, bordering fengjiang town and Pangu town in the East, Shangxian town in the south, oilfield town and Wanfu town in Ji'an County in the west, Shangxiang town and Luotian town in Xiajiang County in the north, with a total area of 125 square kilometers. Famous people

Yang Jiabao (1914-1981) was born in Xingtang village, Futian Town. He joined the Red Army of workers and peasants in 1930. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, he served as a political commissar of the 60th division of the 26th army. In October 1950, he joined the war to resist US aggression and aid Korea, served as a political commissar of the 60th division of the 20th army of the Chinese people's Volunteer Army, and participated in the second and fifth battles. He returned to China in 1952 and studied in the Political Department of the military academy. After graduating in 1955, he served as deputy director and director of the Political Department of the 60th army and deputy director of the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau. After August 1962, he served as director, deputy political commissar and consultant of the political Department of the Anhui provincial military region.
