Chenggang town
City Gang Town, belonging to Xingguo County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the northeast of Xingguo County. The area is 145.98 square kilometers (2018), and the registered residence population is 30 thousand and 800 (2018). It has 19 administrative villages (2019).

Historical evolution
Baocheng Township opened a Polder in the early Ming Dynasty. It was one of the 18 polder towns in Xingguo County during the Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty. It was an important trade town in ancient Xingguo.
During the period of the Republic of China, Baocheng township was renamed Chenggang Township, and now it is also called Chenggang Babao.
In September 2019, Chenggang township will be abolished and Chenggang town will be established.

Chenggang town is located in the northeast of Xingguo County, adjacent to Dinglong Township in the south, Liangcun town and Fengbian Township in the north, and Xinglian Township in the East. It is a central town in the north, 40 km away from the county seat. The total area of the township is 145.98 square kilometers (in 2018).

Chenggang town has many tributaries. The water area is a small watershed of Chenggang River, which is formed by the confluence of many small rivers, including Yanyuan River and Pingzhai river. The water source is long. Chenggang river originates from Fuling and passes through the territory.

History and culture
Longevity Palace
Wanshou Palace, located on chenggangxu, is an ancient temple of "Zhenjun". It was built in the 10th year of Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty and has a history of nearly 200 years. It is a provincial material and cultural protection unit. The architectural style of this building is unique, different from other places. The "side tile" structure makes it more solemn and magnificent. Local villagers hold grand folk temple fairs here on the first and fifteenth day of the first month.
Well Jiuting 18
Located in Huilong village, Jiuting shibajing is a building built in Ming Dynasty. It has a history of hundreds of years. There are three blue brick ancestral halls standing side by side. Each hall has two patios. The rooms are connected with each other. It is the residence of the local Hakka surname Xiao.
Haigong canal
Haigong canal is located in Huilong village. The canal runs from Lingchen village to Huilong village. It is about several kilometers long. Qingqing canal water nurtures generations of Hakka ancestors and inherits Hakka culture.
Baishi Village
Baishi Village is the battlefield of the fifth anti encirclement and suppression campaign. The remaining relics are: the former residence of Comrade Mao Zedong, Hu's "Dushi Temple" (the former site of the Soviet Central Bureau meeting), the former residence of Zhu De, Xiang Ying, Zeng Shan and other leading comrades; the former sites of the Central Red Army printing factory, air raid shelter, Central Revolutionary Military Commission, Red Army Hospital, etc. can still be seen, and the TV series "then flowers bloom" and "daughter red" are all over the village Shooting in Baishi Village.
Farmer culture square
Located in Chenggang Town, the farmer culture square is the first large-scale farmer park with the theme of mass sports in Xingguo County.
