Yujiang aquatic farm

Yujiang district aquatic farm, formerly known as the state-owned Yujiang County Wuhu aquatic farm, was established on January 1, 1960. In 1977, it was merged with the "May 7th" livestock farm and renamed Yujiang County Aquatic farm. Yujiang district aquatic products site is located at the side of 320 National Road, 15 km to the original County in the West and 5 km to the center of Yingtan City in the East. The public institutions directly under the county government have five branches of the whole people: Aquatic Products Branch, orchard branch, tea branch, fish hatchery team and industrial branch; two branches of the collective nature: Xiaguan Branch and Zhulin branch. One staff hospital. The land area is about 7 square kilometers, the cultivated area is 2011 mu, the mountain forest land is 7100 mu, the water surface is 10000 mu, and the total population is 1877 people (2010). There are four natural villages for reservoir immigrants in Yujiang District, namely Xiaguan, Shangguan, Lijia and qiujialing. There are two natural villages, namely chuanqiao and wuchangzong.

Yujiang district aquatic farm was established in 1972, directly under the jurisdiction of the district government, Deputy Branch level institutions.

The fishery site is located in Honghu Township, passing by the north of national highway 320, 6km away from Yingtan City in the East and 15km away from the county seat in the West. Zhulin branch is 5 kilometers away from the county.

The total area of the venue is about 6.9 square kilometers, including 8000 mu of water surface, 2011 mu of cultivated land and 3606 mu of mountainous area.

The total population of 1877 people (2010), including 208 employees, 11 managers, 13 teachers, 13 professional and technical titles (9 intermediate titles), 38 retired cadres and employees.

Yujiang County fishery farm general branch committee of the Communist Party of China was established in 1972, and now has four party branches: organ Party branch, aquatic orchard Party branch, Xiaguan Party branch and Zhulin Party branch. There are 47 party members. There are a leading group, an office, a security committee and a mediation committee.

There are seven rooms including Secretary, field director's office, administrative office, financial office, comprehensive management office, family planning office, land management office and petition reception office. It performs 15 independent functions, namely party propaganda, administration, finance, production, armed forces, League affairs, women's Federation, education, family planning, land management, supervision, comprehensive management, labor and personnel, statistics, letters and visits. Under the jurisdiction of the farm aquatic orchard branch, tea branch, pig farm, staff hospital, school and Xiaguan Branch, Zhulin branch (originally under the villagers' committee).

Aquaculture

Aquaculture is the economic pillar industry of the market. The total aquaculture water area is 8000 mu, of which the conventional water area of Wuhu reservoir is 7000 mu. It mainly produces silver carp, bighead carp, grass carp, carp, crucian carp, bream, etc. Over the years, Wuhu reservoir has carried out the pattern of extensive management and natural cultivation, with low annual output. In 1965, the fishing output was only 20000 kg, and in 1978, it was 60000 kg. In 1994, the contracted management was carried out and the intensive management mode of high investment was adopted, that is, a large number of large-scale fish fry were put into use, and chemical fertilizer, pig manure and chicken manure were used as feed. The whole year feeding was carried out, which changed the past history of "man feeding nature feeding" and greatly increased the output of fish in the reservoir. In 1998, the output of fresh fish reached 750000 kg. Since the reservoir was contracted, the economic situation of the reservoir has been greatly improved due to its good management. In 1984, the hatchery team was set up in the farm. The artificially hatched fry include silver carp, bighead carp, grass carp, carp, etc. In 1991, the hatchery team carried out contract management, and the output of fry reached 31 million in 2005.
