However, after 1979, the yield per mu of some production groups, such as zhengdi and Laiwu, also exceeded 1000 Jin. Laiyuan is located in Meihua Mountain range with dense streams, fresh air and beautiful scenery. Shiyanyan, chuqidong, shuiniudong, lengqidong and so on constitute the unique beautiful scenery of Laiyuan township. Shiyanyan is 3 kilometers away from the seat of the township government. According to the records of Tingzhou Prefecture, "once upon a time, there were flying swallows and stubborn heroes. When there was a sudden rain, they gathered on the stones and stopped the rain. They all turned into stones.". So it's called Shiyan. Although it's called Shiyan, it's actually a big karst cave. In the past, someone built a shrine in the cave and set up a "Guanyin Grand Master" block. Tourists and nearby residents often visit here. Please "wish". The air outlet cave and buffalo cave are also unique. The fog at the entrance of the cave is like cooking smoke. The air is warm in winter and cool in summer. The stalagmites in the cave are jagged and varied. There are "lions, tigers and elephants" running furiously, and "underground Dragon Palace" is magnificent. The air-cooled cave is a kind of zigzag air flow. The air blown out of the cave is cold and hot at the same time, so it is called Shenqi with beautiful scenery. Outside the cave, the road traverses, the trees shade, makes people linger. In addition, there are scenic spots such as liaotianshan grassland and Shangdi reservoir, which can be developed into tourist attractions.

Laiyuan is the main forest region in the west of Fujian Province, which is rich in forestry resources and mineral resources. It is a good place to develop small regional economy. The idea of social and economic development in the near and medium term is to continue to implement the economic development strategy of "optimizing agriculture, strengthening forestry and developing enterprises" based on the principle of field, reality and actual effect, and take the three-step measures of "laying foundation, stepping up steps and great development". The first is to strengthen the infrastructure construction, improve the investment environment, and focus on solving the three major facilities of transportation, power and communication, so as to provide reliable guarantee for attracting investment and economic development; the second is to do a good job in forestry production and operation management, focusing on the production management of Zhushan with the advantages of short production cycle, quick effect and high efficiency; the third is to formulate preferential policies to attract foreign investment and development In order to build Laiyuan into a stable, prosperous, civilized and affluent old revolutionary base area, we should build Lime Mine, coal mine, mineral water, set up bamboo and wood products processing enterprises, develop rural enterprises, expand the collective economy, and build Laiyuan into a stable, prosperous, civilized and affluent old revolutionary base area.
