Xiongshan sub district office is located in the middle of Zhenghe County. It is not only the seat of the county Party committee and the county government, but also the political, economic, cultural, trade and information center of the whole county. It is adjacent to Shitun town in the West and Xingxi Township in the East, South and North.

Xiongshan sub district covers an area of 22.19 square kilometers, with 145.2 hectares of arable land and 1373.8 hectares of woodland. Historical evolution
In the third year of song Xianping (A.D. 1000), it was the administrative office of Guanli County; in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was divided into seven districts; in the Republic of China, it was set up as Chengxiang Town, belonging to one district; in July 1950, it was established as Xingxi town; in February 1951, it was abolished as Xingxi Town, and three streets were set up; in April 1954, it was established as Chengguan Town, belonging to one district; in September 1958, it was abolished as Hongzhuan people's commune; in September 1959, it was reformed into Hongzhuan people's commune In February 1960, Zhenghe and Songxi counties merged to form Zhenghe Town, which divided Chengguan commune into four groups: Shengli, Jiefang, Fanshen and Meipo. Chengguan commune was changed into xiongshan commune, which belongs to xiongshan district. In August 1962, Zhenghe town was changed into Chengguan commune, which belongs to Chengguan District Chengguan town is set up in three streets, namely, Chengmen and Nanmen. Founded in October 2002, Helin Industrial Park is one of the 50 provincial industrial parks in Fujian Province. It is the development base of the provincial industrial park. Jiefang Village
Jiefang village, xiongshan street, Zhenghe County is located in the west of the city. Taking Jiefang street as the name of the village, it was originally under the jurisdiction of Chengguan commune. It was included in xiongshan street in 1980 and an administrative village was established in 1984. It covers an area of 14490 mu, bordering Shengli village in the East, qixingxi and Xingxili villages in the south, Guanhu village in the West and Meipo village in the north. Guanhu Village

It was under the jurisdiction of Chengguan commune in 1975 and xiongshan street in 1980. Now it is the residence of Guanhu village. Dongmen community
Dongmen neighborhood committee of xiongshan street in Zhenghe County was established in September 1990 and changed into Dongmen community neighborhood committee in June 2003. It is located in the east of the county, with a total area of 1.6 square kilometers.
