Dapu town
Dapu town is located in the central and southern part of Yongchun County, 16 kilometers away from the county. It is adjacent to shigu, Hushan, Xianjia and other towns in the East, Yudou town in the west, Hutou town and Jingu town in Anxi County in the south, and Penghu town in the north. "Quansan" expressway, provincial highway 306 and 206 cross the territory, which is the transportation hub connecting northwest Fujian, Southeast Fujian and Yongchun County.
Dapu town is a civilized village in Fujian Province for five consecutive years. It is the birthplace of Yongchun Shenxiang, Yongchun citrus, Yongchun Bergamot tea and yangpisan. The town has initially formed an industrial cluster represented by Shenxiang, papermaking, food, machinery and energy.

Geography
It is surrounded by mountains, with hills and Intermountain basins in the middle, Yanqing River and Dali River in the West and Fuxi River in the south, all flowing into Taoxi river. Human history
Dapu town is a famous old revolutionary base in Yongchun County. During the second Civil Revolutionary War, Dapu was the revolutionary base of annanyong guerrillas. 18 revolutionary base villages were established in Chizhu, zhengu, Yanshan and Daochang.
In June 1949, the southwest Fujian guerrillas established the people's democratic government of Yongchun County in Dapu. During the period of the new democratic revolution, of the more than 300 revolutionary martyrs in the county, 104 were in Dapu. After liberation, the party and the government attached great importance to the construction of the old areas, and helped the people of the old areas to develop their economy, get rid of poverty and become rich, and strive for a well-off life.
