Jingxi Street

The full name of Jingxi street is "Jingxi street, Sanyuan District, Sanming City, Fujian Province". Jingxi street is located in the southern suburb of Sanming City, 8 kilometers away from the city center. It governs two communities. Economic overview

Fujian Sanyuan economic development zone was established with the approval of Sanming Municipal People's Government in December 2002, and was officially approved as a provincial Economic Development Zone by Fujian Provincial People's government after the examination of national development and Reform Commission in May 2006. The planning area of the park is located in the southwest of Sanming City. Taijiang Industrial Park

After the completion of the project, it will realize an output value of 150 million yuan, tax and profit of more than 30 million yuan, export earnings of more than 13 million yuan, and resettlement of more than 3000 social workers. Now all the enterprises are above the scale. Huihua Industrial Park

The total planned land area is 1287 mu, 20 km away from Sanming City and Yong'an City respectively, and 700 Mu has been developed. Three hydropower stations have been developed successively, with an installed capacity of 21200 kW, an annual power generation of nearly 100 million kilowatts, and a direct power supply price of 0.40 yuan per kilowatt hour. A waterworks has been built, and the price of self supplied water is 1 yuan per ton. At present, 21 enterprises have settled in the park, 15 have been put into operation, and 6 are under construction, with a total investment of 373.3 million yuan. With its unique advantages of hydropower resources, Huihua Industrial Park has initially built a new industrial park based on power resources and supported by metallurgical machinery processing industry. Jingdong Industrial Park

It is located in Jingdong District of Sanyuan District, adjacent to Sanming University, covering an area of 4000 mu. The first phase was developed in 1996, with 254 Mu and 9 enterprises settled in, mainly focusing on machinery manufacturing industry; the second phase was developed and constructed in October 2005, with a planned construction area of more than 3700 mu, mainly focusing on the development of biomedical enterprises, with the functional orientation of biomedical industry concentration area. Jingdong Industrial Park is the closest to Sanming City and has the best location. It mainly develops "ecological, environmental protection and high-tech" biomedical projects. The project is planned to be implemented in three years, and now more than 2000 mu of land has been leveled. It is planned to be fully completed by 2010. After the completion of the overall development, it is estimated that 30-40 projects can be settled.

Zhuzhou Industrial Park

The planned land area is 684 mu, which is located in Zhuzhou village, Xinkou Town, Sanyuan District, 14 km away from Sanming City. The park is close to national highway 205, with the function of food processing community. Now 484 mu of the first phase development has been completed, and the infrastructure construction of "three links and one leveling" is under way, with 4 projects settled in the first phase; in 2008, it is planned to implement 200 mu of the second phase development, with 3-5 projects settled in.

Jingxi Industrial Park

With a total planning area of 2000 mu, it is located at the location of Jingxi Street office in the urban planning area of Sanming City, across the river from Jingdong Industrial Park. It is 5km away from Sanming City, close to national highway 205 and Jingxi railway station, It is only 5 km away from the Sanming South Interchange of Quanzhou Sanming Expressway under construction. The total planned land area is 477.7 mu, which is located at the location of Jikou farm beside provincial highway 212, 18 km away from Sanming City and only 3 km away from Bantou interchange of Sanquan expressway. It is planned to build an industrial community mainly for agricultural and sideline products processing, bamboo and wood products and light textile industrial products. The Jikou Industrial Park has signed 3 projects, with a total land area of 300 mu and a contractual investment of nearly 70 million yuan. Dutouping Industrial Park

The planned land area is 2745 mu. It is located at dutouping, Huangsha village, Xinkou Town, Sanyuan District, beside 306 provincial highway, 2km away from national highway 205 and 1km away from Bantou interchange of Quansan expressway. It has superior geographical location and convenient transportation. 560 mu of industrial land has been developed, and the infrastructure construction of water, electricity and road has been preliminarily completed. Seven private enterprises, including Santai wood industry, Laike wood industry and Shenglong wood industry, have settled in, including two enterprises above Designated Size, with an annual output value of more than 85 million yuan. According to the project implementation schedule, it is expected that the development and construction will be completed in 2010, and 20-40 projects will be settled after the overall development.
