Changli Town, belonging to Changli County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Changli County. It is adjacent to getiaogang Township in the East, nijing town in the south, Shilipu Township in the West and Liangshan Township in the north. The administrative area is 87.13 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Changli town was 118584.
In 1189, Changli County was established as the county seat; in 1965, Chengguan town was restored; in 1987, Changli town was renamed. As of June 2020, Changli town has jurisdiction over 23 communities and 38 administrative villages.
