Changhuai Street

Changhuai street, a street under the jurisdiction of Yaohai District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, is located in Yaohai District, Hefei City, adjacent to Xinghua village street and Qilitang town in the west, Mingguang Road in the southwest, Zhangwa road in the northwest, Tongling North Road in the East and railway line behind the railway station in the northeast. The first ring road, the Second Ring Road, Shengli Road, Zhanqian Road, Linquan road and other main roads pass through it. There are Hefei railway station, Hefei passenger terminal, Xinya bus station and other transportation hubs, so the transportation is convenient.

Changhuai Street covers an area of 3.51 square kilometers, and now governs 7 community residents committees, namely Changhuai, Shengli, Linquan Middle Road, railway station square, Hongxing Village, Yuanyi and Changchun. There are 82 residential districts with a total population of 66593 (2010).

Evolution of organizational system

The predecessor of Changhuai street is Yaohai street in the suburb of Hefei. On November 7, 1992, the "preparatory group for Yaohai sub district office in the suburbs of Hefei city" was set up. Its main task is to coordinate with the construction of the new railway station in Hefei, and do a good job in land acquisition, household transfer, demolition, resettlement and villagers' production and living arrangements. For the construction of the new station, 9021 mu of land was expropriated from four villages, namely, shimafeng Village (Changhuai Village), Shengli village, Wangtang village and Fangmiao village of Qilitang town in the suburb of Hefei City, and 8553 farmers were transferred from agriculture to non agriculture at one time. On January 1, 1993, four administrative villages, Shengli, Wangtang, Fangmiao, and shimafeng (Changhuai), originally under the jurisdiction of Qilitang town and Chengdong Township, were put under the direct management of Yaohai street. On April 17, 1993, Yaohai sub district office was officially established, and the preparatory group of Yaohai sub district office was cancelled. Yaohai sub district has Shengli neighborhood committee, Wangtang neighborhood committee, Fangmiao neighborhood committee and Changhuai neighborhood committee, which are respectively under the jurisdiction of the original Shengli village committee, Wangtang village committee, Fangmiao village committee and Changhuai village committee. (with an area of 8 square kilometers and a population of 22000) on July 22, 1999, the renovation of Yaohai street in the suburb was entrusted to the new station experimental area.
In May 2001, Hezheng No.1 Document "notice on adjusting the administrative division of the neighborhood committee in Hefei New Railway Station Experimental Zone" adjusted the regional scope of the original four neighborhood committees, and re established six neighborhood committees: < br > Fangmiao neighborhood committee, whose scope: northeast to Yanhe Road, South to railway marshalling station, southwest to Shuangqi Road (North 2nd Ring Road), north to 20buhe, Northwest to Tianzhushan Road, with an area of 3.422 square kilometers, mainly including Yaodong new village, Yaohai Industrial Zone, etc.
Wangtang neighborhood committee, with an area of 1.697 square kilometers, extends to the east of Dangtu Road in the East, Fengyang road in the south, Tongling Road in the West and railway marshalling station in the north. It mainly includes railway marshalling station, railway new village, Anhui big market, Panlong community, fenglinyuan, etc.
The neighborhood committee of railway station square covers an area of 1.12 square kilometers, covering Tongling Road in the southeast, Shuangqi road in the Northeast (North 2nd Ring Road), Zhangwa road in the northwest and Zhanqian road in the southwest. It mainly includes station square, food street, baichuanhui, Baowen warehouse and five traffic police teams.
Linquan Middle Road neighborhood committee, its scope: East to Tongling Road, southeast to Quanjiao Road, southwest to the south of Langyashan Road, northwest to Shengli Road, northeast to Zhanqian Road, with an area of 0.813 square kilometers, mainly including xinhong'an, Shengli square, news center, passenger terminal, phase I of Luoma garden, Yinchun garden, rose garden, Kaixuan courtyard, etc.
Changhuai neighborhood committee covers an area of 0.841 square kilometers, ranging from the southeast to Shengli Road, the southwest to the north of Mingguang Road, the northwest to Wanxi Road, and the northeast to Linquan road. It mainly includes Huafu Jiayuan, Roman Garden Phase II, the third dormitory area of Management Committee, industrial and commercial dormitory, business department of CCB, xin'anyuan, Zhongzhou Furniture world, Yaohai Furniture world, Yinping garden, and Changhuai new district Village, Pearl Square, zhaocangfang, etc. The victory neighborhood committee is located in the Northeast China to the station road, southeast to Shengli Road, Suixi Road, southwest to the old railway line, northwest to Zhang wa Road West, with an area of 0.921 square kilometers, including Wuzhou shopping mall, the administrative committee office building, Hongxing Machinery factory dormitory and some factories, old fellow decoration market, Changchun garden, Shengli District, etc.
On October 22, 2001, a new regional division was made on the basis of the original Yaohai street. Two streets were set up: Yaohai street and Fangmiao street. Yaohai Street includes four neighborhood committees: Railway Station Square, Shengli Street, Changhuai street and Linquan middle road. Fangmiao Street includes two neighborhood committees: Fangmiao street and Wangtang street. On March 6, 2002, Yaohai street was renamed Changhuai street to distinguish Yaohai District, a big administrative division of Hefei city. On April 3, 2002, the four neighborhood committees of Changhuai street were renamed communities: Shengli community, Linquan Middle Road community, railway station square community and Changhuai community. In April 2005, triangle line community and Hongxing Village community were transferred from station street of Yaohai district to Changhuai street. So far, Changhuai street has jurisdiction over 6 communities and 51 residential quarters.

In 1994, a large number of collective enterprises, such as Yaohai sponge factory, Haixing light source company, Yaohai municipal company, Yaohai pharmaceutical company, Yaohai Jian'an company, Yaohai car rental and tourism company, Yaohai commerce and trade company, inter technology development company, Yaohai automobile transportation company, were established one after another. Most of the enterprises entered Yaohai Industrial Park and directly solved the problem of 3800 transferred workers, Moving back 65% of the houses basically solved the problem of the transferred residents living and working in peace and contentment.

Professional market

On January 8, 1996, Yaohai Furniture world, a large professional furniture market covering an area of 50 mu and a construction area of 28000 square meters, was completed and opened ceremoniously. In the second half of 1996, Yaohai decoration world and Yaohai motorcycle market came into being. Then, a number of professional markets such as Zhongzhou Furniture world, Tianxiang Electronic City, Baowen decoration market, Wuzhou mall, Anhui market and Wangtang down market rose one after another, forming a prosperous Yaohai business and Trade Zone, replacing the original vegetable fields and farmhouses.

Shengli square, Zhanqian square

Shengli square, one of the top ten scenic spots in Hefei, was built on April 30, 2001. Marble floor, flowers, lawn and music fountain reflect the high steel structure sculpture "Chinese knot", which has become a good place for people's leisure and entertainment. Square covers an area of 25000 square meters, is a multi-functional complex, the main sculpture 26 meters high. the construction of the square in front of the new railway station started on May 18, 1995 and was put into use at the end of the year. The square is 340 meters long from east to west and 180 meters wide from north to south, with a total area of 62000 square meters. There are two parking lots in the East and West, each covering an area of 11050 square meters, all of which are concrete structures. Between the two parking lots, there is a T-shaped 31300 square meter square for passenger distribution, rest and sightseeing. The whole station square is integrated with the new and unique station house shape, which is another new scenic spot in Hefei.

Residential quarters

Since the restoration building of Changhuai new village was built in 1993, Shengli community, Wangtang community and Yaodong new village have been built and put into use one after another. Nearly 30 medium and high-end residential communities have sprung up, such as Yuanyi era garden, Yinchun garden, Changchun City Haoting, Ruijing garden, Yinping garden, Xin'an garden, Rome Garden, Mingzhu community and Aolan Baodi.
