Luoyang Street

Luoyang street, located in the southwest of Luqiao District, Taizhou City, connects Luqiao street, Lunan street and fengjiang street in the East, Zeguo town of Wenling City in the south, Yuanqiao town of Huangyan District in the west, Lubei street and Tongyu street in the north. It is one of the six streets in Luqiao City. The street has jurisdiction over 2 neighborhood committees and 21 administrative villages, with a total area of 20.68 square kilometers. In 2016, the number of households was 7123, and the registered residence population was 25809. The office is located in Luoyang street, 318050. In October 1998, Luoyang sub district office came into being under the background of rapid economic growth and accelerated urban construction in Luoyang township.

After nearly ten years of development, Luoyang street has achieved good results in industry, agriculture, urban construction and other undertakings. Historical evolution

After liberation in May 1949, Lianyang Township, Xialing Township and Nanshan Township were established respectively. In 1952, Lianyang township was withdrawn and Luoyang township was built, which was subordinate to Huangyan county. In 1956, Luoyang, Xialing and Nanshan were merged and named Luoyang Township after Luoyang street where township government was stationed. In 1958, it was established as a community in Luoyang District, belonging to Luqiao (DA) commune. In 1961, the system was reformed, and the old name was used to restore Luoyang township. On August 22, 1994, Taizhou was set up as a city. Luqiao was upgraded to a district. Luoyang township was under the jurisdiction of Luqiao District. On October 26, 1998, with the approval of Zhejiang Provincial Department of civil affairs, Luoyang township was abolished and Luoyang sub district office was established.

industrial development

In terms of industry, the overall economy has achieved healthy and rapid growth. In 2005, the total industrial output value was 2.085 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 29.07%. The industrial sales output value was 2.079 billion yuan, with a production and sales rate of 99.71%. In terms of scale, the output value of enterprises was 953 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 65.36%. The per capita income of farmers was 7547 yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 23.66%.

In terms of agriculture, we should develop scale benefit agriculture and make steady progress in the construction of new countryside. In the whole year, 9237 mu of grain sown area has been completed; 1700 mu of standard farmland has been built in xiantoulin, aowang, gaoyangying and houzheng villages; attention has been paid to rural information construction, and more than 1020 farmers' mailbox users have been registered and opened, so as to timely transmit the information of getting rich. The rural environment was further improved. 2.3 million yuan has been invested to complete the construction of xiantoulin city level well-off demonstration village and the renovation of gaoyangying and yuanzhuyu villages; the construction of Ouchi site has been successfully completed, and Ouchi has been awarded the title of "provincial greening demonstration village".

In terms of urban construction, we should make a reasonable layout according to the expansion framework of the main urban area of roads and bridges, and do a good job in the construction of various key projects, including the construction of Ningbo Taizhou Wenzhou Railway, Taizhou phase II water supply project, the South extension project of fortune Avenue, and the construction of Shuangmiao and ZHANGAO resettlement communities.
