Lianghu Street

Lianghu street is located in the South Gate of Shangyu City, adjacent to Yiting town in the East, Fenghui town in the south, Cao'e River in the West and Cao'e street across the river. The whole town covers an area of 62.6 square kilometers, and has jurisdiction over 20 administrative villages (residents) and 2 communities (residents Committee), with a total population of 32000. It is an ecological town in Zhejiang Province, a strong sports town in Zhejiang Province, a charming town in Shaoxing City, and a top 1000 town in China. In recent years, around the development goal of "a city back garden suitable for living, industry and tourism", Lianghu street is committed to building "a gathering area of scientific and technological enterprises, an ecological livable area in the south of the city, and a leisure and health resort".

Lianghu street is rich in landscape resources, giving birth to ge Xiangong, Cao E, Wang Wanglin, founder of titanium alloy research and application in China's aviation industry, Cao Dayuan, Jiuduan go player, and Zhang Jie, the man of the year who moved Zhejiang Province. Lianghu is the core area for the development and construction of Chengnan planning area and Cao'e River Tourism Resort, which provides a prerequisite for the realization of population agglomeration, industrial agglomeration and business gas agglomeration.

In July 2017, with the approval of Zhejiang Provincial People's government, Lianghu town was abolished and Lianghu street in Shangyu district was established.
