Camel Street
Luotuo street is under the jurisdiction of Zhenhai District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It is the seat of the people's government and District Committee of Zhenhai District, Ningbo City. It is the north central core area of the main urban area of Ningbo City and the North District of Zhenhai new town. Luotuo street is located in the west of Zhenhai District, Ningbo City, to the north of Yongjiang river. It is adjacent to Guisi street in the East, Zhuangshi street in the south, ZhuangQiao street in Jiangbei District of Ningbo City in the west, Jiulonghu town in the northwest and Shupu town in the north, covering an area of 29.26 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 11 communities and 9 administrative villages. Population 95487 (2010).
Camel street is named after Cixi camel bridge, which was built in the first year of Song Dynasty (960 AD). Camel bridge used to be under the jurisdiction of Cixi County (today's Cicheng). It goes out of the east gate of Cicheng in Cixi County. Starting from Guanzhuang bridge, there are six bridges. The sixth bridge is called "liudaqiao", which is homonymous for "camel bridge" in Ningbo Dialect.

Luotuoqiao town was built in 1932 and merged with Changshi Township in 1936 to be called Changluo township. It belongs to CiDong area of Cixi County (today's Cicheng).
In the autumn of 1948, Zhejiang Province planned to include camels in Zhenhai County, which was strongly opposed by the whole town. Luotuoqiao held a number of public meetings for this purpose, publicly published a statement in the newspaper that all walks of life in the town opposed the unanimous resolution to change the status of Zhenhai County, submitted a petition to Cixi County and handed it over to Zhejiang Province, hoping to remain in Cixi County. The matter was later settled. The original administrative division of Cixi County, camels belong to the east area of Cixi, the waterway West to the county (Cicheng).
In June 1950, it was changed into Luotuo town and Changluo Township, Shishi Township and Luotuo township (it has jurisdiction over Dongyi, gujianong, Shuanglin, jieyijiang, Miaoxi and Luotuo villages, and was merged into Luotuo town in February 1956).
In 1951, camels were assigned to Zhenhai county. Later, in 1954, under the leadership of Ningbo district, Cixi, Yuyao, Zhenhai and Jiangbei District of Ningbo city underwent a major adjustment of administrative divisions. The old Cixi County is divided into three parts: the old Cixi district (Cicheng) is first divided into Yuyao county and then into Jiangbei District; the CiDong district (except Luotuo, which has been divided into Zhenhai County, and the east of Xihe Township and Wenxi Township, which are now Jiulonghu town) is divided into Jiangbei District; the Cixi district is divided into Yuyao County; the Cibei district is divided into three North districts; the Fanshi and Longshan, which originally belong to Zhenhai County, are also divided into three North districts Cixi City).
Gaili Zhenhai
In June 1951, it belonged to Zhuang City. October 1954 belongs to camel area. In October 1958, it was changed into camel management area of camel commune. The town was reduced to nine constituencies. In December 1959, Luotuo town and Luotuo management area were merged into Luotuo Town Management Committee, which has jurisdiction over five production teams including Luotuo and Zaozuo, and nine residential areas including Dongsheng.
Camel commune (camel town commune in February 1970) and Guisi commune were established in October 1961. In May 1963, the three brigades of Qinghu, Qinlao and Silian in Qinghe commune were assigned to luotuozhen people's commune. In November 1966, tuanqiao commune was withdrawn and merged into Luotuo commune (on April 17, 1963, Luotuo residents committee was established, which governed four constituencies. The original nine constituencies were subordinate to Luotuo commune). On October 28, 1968, the Revolutionary Committee of Luotuo people's commune was established, which governed 24 brigades and one group Residents will. From February 1969 to May 1970, the core group of camel people's commune party was established. In May 1970, camel people's commune was renamed camel town people's commune.
Camel town people's government was established in November 1980. In November 1983, it was changed into Luotuo town and Guisi township. In 1985, Guisi township was removed to build a town.

Guisi town
With an area of 22 square kilometers and a population of 22000, it governs 20 administrative villages, including Guisi, dashiyan, Aiden, Shahe, tianyangzhou, Shengyi, Xieqiao, Dongsheng, lidongqiao, Miaogang, Tongde, Miaosheng, luyanzheng, xujiayan, Sanwu, Minlian, Dianzhang, Chaoyang and Hefeng.
In September 2001, the former Guisi town and Luotuo town were abolished, Luotuo street was established, and the former Guisi town was merged into the newly established Luotuo street. Jiulonghu town was established by merging four administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Luotuo Town, namely, Shizi, Changhong, Wenxi and Zhongxin (eight villages in Shizi and Wenxi) and Hetou township. Luotuo sub district office is located at 86 Wenluo Road, covering an area of 46.64 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 20 administrative villages, 1 fishing village and 4 community neighborhood committees, with a permanent resident population of 44300 and a floating population of 86000.
By the end of 2002, it had jurisdiction over five neighborhood committees, namely Zhongjie, Nanyi, Shengjia and Guisi, and 21 administrative villages, namely Xisheng, Jinhua, lianqin, Luotuo, Dongyi, Jindong, Yusan, Guisi, dongjiafan, lidongqiao, tuanqiao, Shangzhi, Luoxing, qingshuihu, Jingde, Xingfeng, Miaosheng temple, Minlian, Chaoyang, Shahe and Dongqian.
At the end of 2005, Luotuo street, with an area of 46.64 square kilometers and a population of 44200, is located at 86 Wenluo road. It has jurisdiction over four communities of Guisi, Shengjia, Nanyi and Zhongjie, and 20 administrative districts of tuanqiao, Shangzhi, Luoxing, Jingde, Dongqian, Minlian, Miaosheng temple, Xingfeng, Chaoyang, Shahe, Qingshui lake, Jinhua, Luotuo, lianqin, Dongyi, Jindong, Yusan, lidongqiao, Guisi and dongjiafan Village.
At the end of July 2015, camel street was divided into camel street and Guisi street with Wanghai road as the boundary. The newly built GUI Si Street area is 15.9 square kilometers, registered residence population 14 thousand and 300 people, jurisdiction 1 communities of GUI Si community, and Xing Feng, Miao Sheng Temple, Dong Qian, GUI Si, Li Dong bridge, min Lian and Shahe 7 administrative villages.

It has jurisdiction over 11 communities including Zhongjie, Shengjia, Nanyi, Jingyuan, Lianqing, Jinhua, Jinyi, jianganghu, tongshufang, Jindong and Xinchen, and 9 administrative villages including Luotuo, Yusan, dongjiafan, Chaoyang, tuanqiao, Shangzhi, Luoxing, qingshuihu and Jingde.
