Yuxi Town, belonging to Jiangyan District, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, is located in the Northeast suburb of Taizhou City, 5 kilometers away from the main urban area of Taizhou. Superior geographical location: Taidong River and luting River pass through the territory. It is adjacent to Ningyan Expressway in the East and 328 National Highway in the south. Ningqi railway, Taizhen expressway, Xingtai Expressway under construction and Jianghai expressway within the territory form a high-speed Yuxi hub. In the north, Shenma highway runs through the territory, with convenient water and land transportation. There are Taizhou No.5, No.7 and Jiangyan no.805 bus routes in the town. Fahua nunnery

Mazhuang fahua nunnery is located in Mazhuang village, now known as fahua temple. It was first built in the Wanli period of Ming Dynasty and rebuilt in the Jiadao period of Qing Dynasty. The main hall of the nunnery maintains the style of Qing Dynasty. There is a Buddha guangguanyin carved from Burmese jade. The 13th generation successor of fahua nunnery, master Zhong, is the abbot of Shandao temple in Taipei, the founder of Xuanzang University, and the president of the world Buddhist Sangha Association. On February 5, 2001, fahua nunnery was approved by Jiangyan municipal government as a Buddhist activity site and became a Buddhist activity center and tourist attraction in the northern suburb of Taizhou city.
