Luanyang Town, belonging to Qianxi County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the north of Qianxi County, bordering yuhuzhai Township and Shangying Township in the East, saheqiao Township and han'erzhuang Township in the southwest, dushigou Township in Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County in the north, and Panjiakou Reservoir, the main project of national Luanhe Tianjin diversion project, with an administrative area of 104.98 square kilometers.
Before the 36th year of the Republic of China (1947), it belonged to Qian'an County; at the end of 1999, luanyang township was transformed into a town. As of June 2020, luanyang town has jurisdiction over 25 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located at No. 1 Luanxi Road, guangusi village.

History of construction
Before the 36th year of the Republic of China (1947), it belonged to Qian'an county.
In 1947, Qianxi county was the Fourth District of Qianxi County.
In 1953, luanyang township was established.
In 1956, luanyang township was retained and the area was expanded.
In October 1958, it belonged to luanyang brigade of Dongsheng (luanyang) people's commune; in December of the same year, it was incorporated into Qian'an county and renamed luanyang administrative area.
In June 1961, after Qianxi county was restored, it returned to Qianxi County and built luanyang people's commune.
In March 1984, it was changed to luanyang township.
In January 1996, the township division was adjusted and Xifengkou township was incorporated.
At the end of 1999, luanyang township was transformed into a town.
