Xinpu Economic Development Zone, formerly known as Punan Economic Development Zone, was changed to its current name on January 20, 2009, realizing independent operation. The planning area of the park is 6.23 square kilometers, with 204 National Highway in the East, fenguan Expressway in the west, 323 provincial highway in the South and Lulan River in the north.
