The rising of the sun is a Chinese idiom, and the Pinyin is zh ǐ R ì g ā OSH ē ng, which means the word of the old officialdom. It comes from Cheng dengji's Wenchen, a young scholar in qionglin, Ming Dynasty.

Cheng dengji, Ming Dynasty, wrote in his book Wenchen, a young scholar in qionglin: "to patrol and hunt on behalf of heaven is to praise the governor; to rise in the morning is to congratulate the bureaucrats."
