Su Shi of Song Dynasty wrote a miscellaneous account of AI Zi: AI Zi traveled on the sea. He first saw a box, then a crab and Peng Yue. He was similar in shape, but smaller in size. He sighed: "why is a crab better than a crab?" It is said that in ancient times AI Zi saw a round, flat and leggy animal by the sea. He asked the residents nearby what it was and they told him it was a crab. After a while, he saw another kind of similar animal with different colors and asked the people next to him. They said it was another kind of crab. AI Zi compared it carefully and said with emotion, "why is one crab better than another?"
