Xie jiabaoshu
Xie jiabaoshu, a Chinese word. Originally refers to Xie Xuan, is Xie family's talented pillar, may shine the lintel.
The allusion comes from the dialogue between Xie an and his nephew Xie Xuan. In his early years, Xie an asked Xie Xuan and other nephews why their children had no influence on their own affairs, but everyone hoped that their children would be promising.

Xie an
Xie an (320-385 A.D.) is named Anshi. It comes from a famous family. Shen Min has a good sense of God. He has a smooth wind and is good at writing. As a young man, he was respected by Wang Xizhi's uncle and Prime Minister Wang Dao and held some official positions. He was friendly with Wang Xizhi and others, lived in seclusion in Dongshan, refused to be recruited by the imperial court, and wandered in the mountains and rivers. At that time, the scholar officials sang about him: "an Shi can't be seen, it's like the world's life.". When his younger brother Xie Wan was 40 years old, he came out to be a minister of the Ministry of official affairs and other official posts. He had been in charge of the government for many years, until he was "commander in chief of the military affairs of the fifteen prefectures." people call him "a comeback.". In A.D. 383, a famous war was staged on the grand stage of Chinese history, in which less won more. In this war, 80000 soldiers of the Eastern Jin Dynasty defeated 200000 troops of the former Qin Dynasty, which not only brought the country out of danger, but also left behind a historical story of "every grass and every soldier on the Bagong mountain". Xie Xuan
Xie Xuan (343-388) was a famous general in the Eastern Jin Dynasty. Word Youdu, Chen Jun Yang Xia (now Henan Taikang county) people. Nephew of Prime Minister Xie an. At the age of 21, he was the Ministry of the great Sima Huanwen. Later, he was an official to the Governor Xu, Yan, Qing, Si, Ji, you, and the seven prefectures. He is good at running the army. In the second year of the Eastern Jin Dynasty (377), in order to resist the attack of the former Qin Dynasty, he was recommended by Xie an as Jianwu general and governor of Yanzhou. He led Guangling prime minister and supervised Jiangbei military affairs. He recruited the brave people from the north, set up and trained an elite army, known as "Beifu soldiers". In four years, he led his troops in Xuyi (now northeast of Xuyi in Jiangsu), Huaiyin (now Jiangsu) and Junchuan (north of Xuyi) to defeat the attack of the former Qin army, and became the champion general and led the governor of Xuzhou. In the eighth year of the battle of Feishui, he served as the commander of the forward. Liu Jianzhi led his troops to attack luojian at night, which is now the east of Huainan City in Anhui Province. He succeeded in the first battle. Then he seized the opportunity to make the Qin army retreat and cause chaos. Taking advantage of the situation, he made a fierce attack and won many victories. In the ninth year, he led his troops as the vanguard, took advantage of the victory to open up the Central Plains, and recovered Henan, Shandong, southern Shaanxi and other areas. In the 12th year, he was appointed general Zuo and internal historian Kuaiji due to illness. He died the following year. He was granted the title of general of chariot and cavalry by the emperor of Jin, and his posthumous title was Xianwu.
