precious pearl in the ancient legend
In the glorious ancient history of our country, there are two treasures which are famous all over the world and must be contested by emperors of all dynasties, namely the wall of he's family and the Pearl of Marquis of Sui Dynasty. There are detailed records about these two treasures in Han Feizi: "the wall of he's family is not decorated with five treasures; the Pearl of Marquis of Sui Dynasty is not decorated with silver and yellow, its quality is beautiful, and the objects are not enough to be decorated." "Lu's spring and Autumn Annals · Guansheng chapter" uses "Sui Zhu tanque" to describe the principle of overuse: "now someone plays a thousand Ren bird with the Pearl of Sui Marquis, what is it?" Every beautiful thing is accompanied by a moving story, and the wall of Heshi and the Pearl of Sui Marquis are no exception. The allusions about the wall of Heshi are familiar to people, but the beautiful legend about the Pearl of Marquis of Sui Dynasty is little known.

The Pearl of the Marquis of the Sui Dynasty is very valuable. If it is used to eject a thousand Ren sparrow, the gain is not worth the loss, and its function is far less than that of an ordinary projectile. This famous sentence can show that great talents must be used widely; those who use too many talents but not enough will be laughed at.

It was an autumn in the spring and Autumn period. The Sui Marquis of the Western Zhou Dynasty (now the feudal marquis in Suizhou, Hubei Province) made a routine tour of the fiefdoms. While traveling all the way, the Marquis of Sui Dynasty suddenly found a huge snake on the hillside when he arrived at the place of Gushui. He was cut to the waist by someone. Because of the serious injury, the giant snake was dying, but its two bright eyes were still alive. Seeing that the snake was huge, extraordinary and full of spirit, the Marquis of Sui Dynasty immediately ordered his entourage to apply medicine for it. After a while, the giant snake regained its physical strength. It swayed its huge and flexible body, made three turns around the carriage of the Marquis of Sui Dynasty, and swam straight to the vast mountains. A few months later, when the Marquis of the Sui Dynasty came back from his tour, he met a yellow haired child. He stopped the carriage of the Marquis of Sui Dynasty and took out a huge and bright pearl from the bag to present to the Marquis of Sui Dynasty. The Marquis of the Sui Dynasty inquired about the reason, but the children refused to say. The Marquis of the Sui Dynasty insisted that he would not accept the generous gift because he thought that he could not accept the salary for no meritorious service. In the autumn of the next year, the Marquis of the Sui Dynasty toured to the boundary of the river again and took a nap at a mountain post station at noon. In his sleep, a yellow haired child came to him and knelt down in front of him. He said that he was the incarnation of the giant snake rescued last year. In order to thank the Marquis of Sui for saving his life, he specially came to offer beads. The Marquis of the Sui Dynasty suddenly woke up and found that there was a pearl at the head of the bed. This huge pearl seemed to have just come out of the water. It was very white, round and dazzling. It looked like a crystal candle in the near view and the moon on the sea in the far view. The Marquis of the Sui Dynasty sighed: "a snake knows how to repay his kindness, but some people don't know how to repay it. It is said that after the news that Sui Marquis got the Pearl came out, it immediately aroused the salivation of the Marquis of all countries. After some unknown contest, Sui pearl soon fell into the hands of King Wu of Chu. Later, the state of Qin destroyed the state of Chu, and the Sui Pearl was occupied by the first emperor of Qin and regarded as the national treasure of the state of Qin. After the fall of Qin Dynasty, the world was in chaos, and Sui Zhu never knew where to end. The sun rises and the moon sets, and the river goes to the East. The once glorious pearl of the Marquis of the Sui Dynasty has been buried in the rolling dust of history and can no longer be found. Only this beautiful legend full of humanistic care still looms in the vast history, bringing warmth and warning to future generations.
