Ruyuan Huailai
Ruoyuan Huailai, a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is R ó uyu ǎ nhu á IL á I, which means to pacify the remote areas and the adherents of Huairou. It comes from the book of Wang Yu, the governor of chijiannan.
The idiom comes from Zhang Jiuling's the book of Wang Yu, the governor of Jiannan, in Tang Dynasty: "if you come from afar, you can count in Qing Liang."
