In Chinese, Pinyin is p á ngzh ǐ Q ǔ y ù, which means to enlighten the public from the side. It comes from the epitaph of Zhai cemetery, tuanlian envoy of Shangzhou, written by Wang Yucheng of Song Dynasty.
The origin of Idioms
Wang Yucheng of the Song Dynasty wrote in the epitaph of the cemetery of Zhai, an envoy of tuanlian in Shangzhou: "if you know that it is the fault of an official, you must say that someone has suffered a certain crime because of the event ten years ago in the public banquet, and give a warning."
