Li Shi Qiao, a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is l í sh ū sh ì Zhe, which means to leave vegetable food and take off clogs (straw sandals in a word); it means to leave a poor life and become an official. It comes from the selected works, Wang Bao's Ode to the sage.
