Guojia, a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is f ǔ Gu ó f ú Ji ā, which means the rule of culture and education in the country, beautiful as beauty. It's from hero's return.

The idiom comes from Hong Rengan's Yingjie Guizhen, a Taiping Heavenly Kingdom: "I have been ruled by people for thousands of years in the Heavenly Kingdom.
