During the battle between Chu and Han Dynasties, qingbu (yingbu) was granted the title of king of Jiujiang by Xiang Yu, the overlord of Western Chu. Xiang Yuge was demoted to the title of king of Jiujiang because of a defeat in a war. How did the Sui Dynasty persuade qingbu to surrender at Liu Bang's command. Tsingbu fought back and was defeated by Xiang Yu. He went to Liu Bang alone. Liu Bang met him when he washed his feet. He regretted that he had gone to his residence and was treated exactly the same as Liu Bang. So Tsing Bu is very happy.
