Life of the characters
In the autumn of 1912, Zhu De, an instructor of the Military Academy of Yunnan army, married Xiao Jufang, a student of Kunming Normal University. At the beginning of 1916, Zhu De went to his hometown Sichuan with the first army of Yuan Hu's army.
At the end of September, Ju Fang gave birth to a son for Zhu de. Zhu De found a thin "horse tie pillar" in his right ear, so he named it "Bao Zhu". Four months after the birth, Xiao Jufang suffered from a fever similar to dysentery and died on June 24, 1919.
juvenile
His mother died before he was three years old, and his father Zhu De was exploring for the prosperity of his motherland. Zhu Qi stayed in his hometown Sichuan and was raised by his stepmother Chen Yuzhen (Zhu De's second wife) in Luzhou.
Zhu Qi was arrested in 1937.
Back to my father
After the red army arrived in Northern Shaanxi, Zhu De often recalled his yearning for his children who had been separated for many years.
In August 1937, after the second cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, Zhu De went to Nanjing for a meeting. He learned from Long Yun, then chairman of the KMT Military Commission and director of Kunming Xingyuan that Zhu Qi had confided in Zhou Enlai, who was in the office of the Eighth Route Army in Chongqing, Sichuan Province.
Zhou Enlai was able to appreciate the feelings of the boss. He personally arranged the staff to look for Zhu Qi according to the clues and sent him to Yan'an. It is said that when Zhu Qi was brought to Zhu De, Zhu De involuntarily pulled his head and gently groped in his right ear. When he touched the "tie horse pillar" of viviparous birth, he could not restrain his excitement and murmured: "yes, it's my son, it's my son."
In 1938, Zhu Qi was sent to the Central Party school to study, participated in the revolution and joined the party.
After graduation, he went to the front line of Anti Japanese war in North China. He was shot in the leg and was disabled. Due to injuries, he was transferred back to Yan'an from the front in 1943. He was assigned to work in the seventh branch of Anti Japanese university and served as the section chief of the seventh branch of the Chinese people's Anti Japanese military and Political University.
marriage
In Yan'an, Zhu Qi and Zhao Liping met. It was general Peng Shaohui, Zhao Liping's immediate superior and President of the seventh branch of the Anti Japanese university, who led the way for them.
However, their journey between Qin and Jin Dynasties was not smooth. When Zhao Liping vaguely recognized that Peng Shaohui's words meant to establish a closer relationship with Zhu Qi than her comrades, she was perplexed.
On the one hand, she did not think about marriage at all. On the other hand, Zhu Qi was the son of the highly respected commander-in-chief.
The next step is to avoid, dodge and linger. Even Zhu Qi invited her to his home to meet Zhu De and Kang Keqing, but she didn't agree. Kang Keqing, who became Zhu's wife from an ordinary Red Army soldier, took a fancy to Zhao Liping's character and understood her mood, so he asked female general Li Zhen and he long, commander of Jinsui military region, to help him with Zhao Liping's work.
In September 1945, the Department of the seventh branch moved from Yan'an to Fengzhen, Inner Mongolia, the base of Jinsui.
It's a good thing. It's been two years. In March 1946, the love between Zhao Liping and Zhu Qi entered the mature season.
In Fengzhen, on March 23, he long, who likes to be a matchmaker, officiated at their wedding. Zhu De and Kang Keqing, who are still in Yan'an, have finally heard of their son's new marriage.
After the vicissitudes of Jin Sui and Jin Cha Ji, Zhu Qi and his wife arrived in Hebei and gathered with the Central Working Committee led by Liu Shaoqi and Zhu De. However, before the new daughter-in-law could meet her parents-in-law, she and Zhu Qi joined the land reform work group headed by Deng Yingchao and Deputy headed by Huang Hua, and went to Fuping County, Hebei Province to carry out land reform.
After the land reform in Fuping ended in 1948, Zhao Liping went to Xibaipo with her husband and met her parents in law for the first time. The first close contact, she personally felt the two old people's charity, easy and gentle, as others introduced to her, she felt that living in such a family would be very warm and relaxed. For fear of causing grief to her parents in law, Zhao Liping did not immediately let the two old people know that her first child and Zhu Qi died three days after they came to the world because of the harsh environment.
Shortly after that, according to the needs of work, Zhu Qi was transferred to Shijiazhuang Railway Bureau. When he told his father the news, Zhu De said to him, "you have been working in the army and don't know the technology. After you are transferred to the Railway Bureau, you can't be a leader in management. You have to learn from scratch."
Zhu Qi has worked as a train locomotive trainee, stoker, assistant driver and driver.
After 1949, Zhu Qi worked in the locomotive depot of Tianjin Railway Bureau.
old age
(the following is an oral statement by Zhao Liping, Zhu Qi's wife)
Zhu Qi was also greatly implicated in the cultural revolution. Because dad was still a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and protected by Premier Zhou from time to time, the rebels did not dare to be too presumptuous with dad at that time. If they can't fix their father, they take Zhu Qi to vent their anger. It's common for them to criticize Zhu Qi and make a clean house.
In June 1969, Zhu Qi was sent to the May 7th cadre school in Yuci, Shanxi Province. At the end of that year, when he came back from Shanxi, he was transferred to a small railway station called Hangou near Tianjin for renovation, where he worked as a warehouse keeper until 1972. After returning to work, Zhu Qi suffered from heart disease due to tiredness and the torment of the cultural revolution.
On June 10, 1974, Zhu Qi died suddenly without leaving a word. The children are not at home. They are all soldiers. Afraid that his father could not stand the news, he only said to him, "Zhu Qi suddenly fell ill and was rescued in the hospital.". Dad was very worried. He couldn't sleep well for a whole week. He always asked about the situation and what medicine he needed, and the answers he got were always "still in the rescue.".
On June 20, the 10th day after Zhu Qi died, we went back to Beijing to see our father. Kang mother just told him: "rescue invalid, Zhu Qi left, memorial service are done, the children want to come back to see." That day, dad looked very weak. He looked at me and his Adam's Apple moved a few times, as if he wanted to say something, but he didn't say anything for a moment. At this time, mother Kang, sitting next to me, patted me gently, indicating that she would stop crying. Dad said, "it's not right that you didn't tell me at first. It's a pity that I left so young as a son. It's a pity that he went to the Party School of the Central Committee and received higher education so early. "
My father once said, "if I'm gone, I don't have any property. The house belongs to the state, and the table is all given to the state. Do you want it. But some of my books are bought by myself, and some are issued by the state. You can read them and learn from them. There's a picture of the chairman in my reception room. You can take it away. " In fact, less than 24 days after Kang's mother died, the central administration took away all the furniture.
After Zhu Qi's death, the director of the Political Department of the Ministry of Railways at that time said to Kang's mother, "you see, Zhu Qi has passed away, but Liping is alone in Tianjin. If you transfer her to your side, it will take care of you and comfort Liping." At that time, I was also present. Kang's mother didn't speak. His father said, "Liping has been working in Tianjin for so many years. He has a mass base and works well. It's not easy for the new unit transferred to Beijing to work. It's better to be in Tianjin." In a word, No. I was transferred to Beijing in 1996 The secretary complained that the commander-in-chief was too orthodox and never said a word for the children.
In June 1974, Zhu Qi died of illness at the age of 58.
