Zeng Yuanchang, a native of Xiamen, Tongan County in the Qing Dynasty, was a Gongsheng at the age of 1721 (the 60th year of Kangxi's reign). The youth wrote the poem of flowers. There are a volume of pengyoucao and 30 pieces of Taiwan Magazine. Shi Shipu, the governor, was invited to lecture at Lujin Academy. He has eight volumes of fengzhai poetry anthology. Zeng Yuanchang's deeds are included in "historical figures in Taiwan: Ming and Qing Dynasties" on page 244.
